Ordered food for delivery ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. There was a dot of sauce and GREY lettuce. I brought my sandwhiches back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager Sukh and she denied that the lettuce came from them and said their lettuce is fresh. Trying to say I was the one to tamper with the food. I wasn’t even asking for a refund I just wanted my food to be remade! Manager denied that request and when I asked for head office phone number as I was unable to find it online she said they didn’t have any. AVOID THIS PLACE, you’ll most likely get sick and your concerns won’t be addressed.

Ordered a side of this popcorn chicken poutine, and they filled the bowl with gravy. Person taking my order got confused, maybe they did this as a hate crime.

not good at all, slow service and my friend ashton said he got hair in his food, one time my girlfriends co-worker got the wrong sauce and made her really upset. and my friend kaleb once waited 35 minutes for a burger that he never got.

Well they did it again and We were NEVER Told we have to Use the Kiosk Machines to Order our Food and We Told them we don't want to Use the MACHINES and They are Just Standing there doing NOTHING the Front Desk Cashiers ( Male ) and Going in and Out of the Kitchen and They did it too LOTS of PAYING CUSTOMERS and We were NEVER Told to Use the Kiosk and Maybe MAKE SIGNS on Your Doors / Walls and Use the Kiosk and RETRAIN the Male Workers and Treat EVERYONE with Respect and Do their JOBS and Take Our Orders at the FRONT DESK if He / She doesn't want to Use the Machines and We are PAYING CUSTOMERS and Yes if someone doesn't want the Machine and Just Take our ORDERS at the FRONT DESK and We saw other CUSTOMERS that didn't use the MACHINES and Was able to Pay at the Front Desk !!!!!! and When we ask for a Certain Item like Ketchup and We want 15 and NOT 5 and We said 15 !!!!!!!! and Can we do our JOBS and Listen to a PAYING CUSTOMER that wants to be RESPECTED and Not IGNORED and We Waited for almost 33 Minutes again :( and THANKFULLY the Lady came out of the Kitchen and APOLOGIZED to Us but Maybe the MEN " Cashiers " Can do their JOBS and Get RETRAINED or Have them do Kitchen Duties like Mop the Floor / Wash Dishes and Honestly they should APOLOGIZE to LOTS of Customers for TREATING Us UNFAIRLY the Past 3 Weeks what we Saw and YES We are PAYING CUSTOMERS that want our ORDERS Taking at the FRONT DESKS Cashiers when we Don't want to use the Kiosk Machines that is so CONFUSING and Doesn't Work 75% of the Time and Sometimes they Over Charge Us by Using the Machines and What's Next a ROBOTS Will Cook our FOOD LOL " Laughing Out Loud " and Yes Male Workers DO YOUR JOBS and Take our ORDERS when There is a Cash Machine at the FRONT DESKS and That we don't want to use the MACHINES that are CONFUSING for Older People / Seniors etc

When did using your self checkout for ordering become mandatory? Buddy standing behind the till is just there for his good looks? Ridiculous. Good thing there’s a different rooster shop just up the street. I won’t be back.

Disgusting service, if you wanna wait for 30 mins for your order - it's a place for you. People who work there are hiding from their customers - no hello no thanks. Worst experience
P.S. It turned out they did put more chicken that I ordered, but none said anything to me, no acknowledgement, no information...

I snuck into the 111 and 124 st for couple of late night sliders, It looked like closing time. I felt a little entitled.but I couldn't pull off a mellinial. The samichs were hot, the fries were even crispy. I never had to ask for ketchup napkins ir a smile. I didn"t feel so bad, I left a tip. The sliders were delicious. Thx I will definitely stop there again.

Overall not a good place to get food, it took me a long time to get my food. I ordered three tenders and fries, there was no one at the drive thru but me and it still took a long while. I looked in the box once I got home and the fries weren’t in the box. Not at all worth the price I won’t be returning

Bad food, bad service and bad atmosphere. I suggest to avoid this KFC outlet. I waited like 25 mins to get my order. And the chicken was too bad and the fries too. The service by the staff was also so bad. The washroom was also not cleaned, this outlet is defaming the whole KFC.

They MAKE you use the ordering kiosk. The kisok software is janky and not user friendly. It took so much more time to use the kiosk than just ordering at the till.
