Very disappointing experience. KFC is FORCING their customers to use kiosk ordering rather than talking to them - huge mistake! You can't scan coupons or anything at the kiosk so they don't really work anyway. The redesign has left weird stools and all-hard surface seating with only a couple of real tables, the dining room is cold and uncomfortable. The food was bad - greasy, lots of fat, undercooked chicken - KFC has just gone downhill so fast! Finally, the price - $15+ for a 3 piece chicken meal? What is wrong with the people who set these prices? Wow...guess they have now lost a 50+ year customer. I'm done.

We went to the restaurant on Wednesday evening and went to order at front counter the girl who took our order was realy rude and was taking our order while she was eating. Her mouth was full of food and she was barely talking because she was eating.
This was totally unexpected from the staff.
Need some training with customer service and policies please.

So with the new look comes no menu to look at unless you use the self-service till.
Some people prefer to speak to a person and look at the menu while ordering.
In my opinions this was a bad sales move.
Think about it.
There was more I wanted to order but couldn't see it on the menu...

Unless you are from Skip the Dishes they make you feel like you are bothering them. Their undercooked pink chicken which tastes and smells like rancid fish is not worth the hassle.

I bought a 3 piece meal extra-crispy on the way home, was okay at first until the last piece. Not too sure what happened but it was the saltiest thing I have ever eaten. I removed the crispy skin (normally my favourite part) thinking the chicken would be less salty, still tasted like pure salt. I can handle pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi but have never had saltier food in my life. I had to toss the last piece, $15 pretty expensive for what became a 2-piece meal.
Terrible wait time. Not classified as fast food. 40 minute wait just for a bucket of chicken. Very little attention from the staff were visible slow. Not a sense of urgency but thankfully not a bad attitude.

First time I had to park and wait for my food, but it was delivered to my car and was hot!

The older Asian female worker in there has a bad attitude. The chicken sandwich was tiny, the fries were dry and there was a homeless man sleeping inside the store. This place is terrible.
The worker was the main reason I wrote this review.

Wanted chicken but was told they are out of chicken....a place for chicken but out of it but had no problem serving the person who just walked up chicken combo...wtf
Refuse to take orders past 10:50 PM, yet it still says open until 11 PM. Very disappointing and exceptionally bad. Only at this location do the staff work not until the time they are supposed to, but only as long as they want to.

Last night, I slipped and fell on an icy patch just outside the door of your establishment while carrying my food. I noticed that no salt or de-icer had been applied to the area. As a result of the fall, I twisted my knee and injured my elbow. I was asked to sit for some time, during which my meal became cold. Unfortunately, I was not offered any form of compensation for my meal, nor was the situation addressed beyond the offer of medical services. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, as it not only caused me discomfort and inconvenience but also raises concerns about the safety of the premises.
The cashiers were very rude when speaking to us, we tried to get an understanding of how the kiosks work and they were ignorant and arrogant and treating us like we were stupid, we asked a simple question that needed a simple answer, and they treated us like we were 2, and on top of that when there were no costumers we had to wait an ungodly amount of time and i don't think I will be going back to KFC if this is how they treat their costumers.
