Ordered here spent money of course of which is a waste... customer service sucks and deliveries seem to take over an hour or more it usually says what time it will be delivered to you but it's never right... also you can't track your order because they dont use the tracker app... it will show but no nothing...

This has to be the SLOWEST KFC. I preorder my food for a scheduled pick up and STILL had to wait 15 minutes. The staff pays no attention to people walking in. No one at the counter. Just awful service all around

This KFC really needs to get their employees organized. I waited 45 minutes to oick up my order. I wouldn't even give them 1 star rating because they don't deserve a rating if it was me they would get a negative rating. The customer I delivered to was probably pissed right off and I don' t blame them if they were.

I purchased a large popcorn chicken and the first time I went through I opened the box and there was 21 (a COUNTABLE 21). I went through again and they only put 4 more in the box I then went through AGAIN and waited at the window for 25 minutes. I then decided to call the store and finally someone came and helped me. I also noticed that while I was waiting at the window multiple staff walked by and continued to not help me. Service was awful, wait time was even worse and Iโ€™m pissed.

Not to be rude, but it's not even worth a star!Ordered KFC family meal, and looking at our chicken, with oil in the bottom plus the chicken skin is mushy! No more KFC for us! Their chicken has change over the years

Went through the KFC drive-thru today and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a popcorn chicken bucket and a Zinger meal. Since the lobby was closed, drive-thru was the only option.

First, they gave me an incomplete order. No fries. I only realized after leaving the line and had to come back to get them. No apology, no courtesy, just โ€œwe forgot.โ€

Then, when I finally sat down to eat my Zinger meal, I discovered the sandwich didnโ€™t even have mayo in it. Two mistakes in one visit, and both on simple things that should be standard.

Really poor service and quality control. Definitely not the experience I expect from KFC.
