Disappointed with this location. The chicken pieces were noticeably small and did not feel fresh in texture. I was also charged extra for breast pieces, yet each piece was smaller than expected, making it poor value for the price.
The restaurant appeared short-staffed, and staff were wearing headsets for order taking but did not acknowledge customers when addressed. Basic items like napkins and disposable plates were not provided and were not available for self-service either.
This was my second consistently poor experience at this location/KFC. Even the table was not clean, and I had to wipe it myself before sitting down. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Held my skip order for an hour before canceling. Though they didn't cancel and said it was delivered, which charged me the 65 dollars anyway. Absolute scam artists

I placed my own order and there was one other customer who ordered online they came in after me and they got both our orders wrong. And.....it took about 20 min to make a big crunch combo. It wasn't fresh so it's not like I had to wait for them to cook the chicken.
I will say. I did enjoy entering my own order.
