I was pretty much ready to never go to KFC ever again because of most locations in Edmonton. The taste was bad (tasted like fish) and the service was even worse. However, I tried this location and it was like night and day. The chicken tastes like chicken used to taste at KFC in the 70s (excellent) and the service is excellent too. I highly recommend this location but only this one on 178 Street.

Easy in & out for a rather big order. Everything was fresh, still hot when we got home. If you're in west Edmonton, this place is recommended for a quick chicken meal.
Parking: Straightforward parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Kids have a handful of great options to eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't test the doors for functional buttons but next time I stop I will try them out.

The restaurant has been updated. Service has been pretty good as far as going into the lobby,placing an order. Best is to place an order ahead of time and pick up. Loys of Skip the dish order's going out the door for sure. It's a popular location, so it's usually busy.
