They screwed up the popcorn chicken fill-up chicken order by not giving the proper size and the rest of the order which included the soft chicken tacos and supreme fries without beef was awful. I would suggest avoiding this location.

We ordered thru Skipthedishes and we did not get our large gravy and our 2 litre iced tea. We tried calling 4 times and they won’t even answer the phone. Very disappointed that I spent over $100 on chicken and fries and didn’t receive the gravy. It’s not that hard to read the order properly and make sure everything is in the bag before sending it for delivery! Will not order from here again.

food is great and at reasonable price (compared to other fast food serving chicken). they kept innovating to satisfy the customer cravings. I always order extra crispy, just be sure to get it by lunch time as it runs out quickly. that being said, you know right away that you are getting your money's worth for tasty chicken sandwich.
the team here keeps a happy atmosphere which radiates on the service they provide to the customers. and thus, reflects in the quality of food served to customers.
This is my go-to place when I crave chicken or simply wants a place to hang out.
Dietary restrictions: there are vegetarian options in tacobell as both KFC and tacobell are in the same restaurant.
Parking: there is ample space for parking.
Kid-friendliness: the staff are all kid-friendly but the only downside is that they don't have kids meal.

Made an order through the kfc mobile app. Walked into the store and there was my name and order # displaying on the order screen showing it was being prepared. I was waiting for the order when i got a notification on my phone that it was ready so i walked up to the counter and staff said that they haven’t even started making the order and started teaching me that i had to inform them about the order when i showed them that their order screen was already displaiying my name and order %. Manager Lynn was really rude and instaed of fixing the issue started blaming it on me for not informing them of the order. All tables in the dining area were dirty full of food left overs and drink spills. Terrible store condition i would say all in all. Would never recommend anybody to go there.

Today (October 26, 2024), me and my daughter went this store. We were neglected to be services. We been standing the counter for more than 5 mins, no one from the staff ask us to take our order. I'm pretty sure, the store is not busy... We are not coming back to this store!!!
