We just bought a 10pc meal and a small popcorn chicken, wow the popcorn chicken is the size of a kids fries total rip off. The chicken is over cooked will never go back to this location again.

Ordered a 4 piece meal with fries, salad and gravy.Fries were cold, gravy was a solid chunk of fat and threw two of the dry pieces of chicken in the garbage. One piece was well done and the other was borderline. Do not go to this location it is horrible.
I placed an order on Monday 19th from the drive through around 7:30 pm , they changed my order to another product that I didn't ask for without at least asking if I wanted it or not and when I called to claim all she said sorry in a way she didn't care I will no longer order from this store

I ordered at the drivin they asked me to pull ahead while I was checking to make shure I had gotten everything because the line was long I did to avoid trouble only to find out that half of my order was missing and that my Baja Blast was more like Ice with Baja Blast terrible service would not comeback has ruined KFC and TocaBell all in one meal.

Absolutely terrible. I read all the reviews but i really wanted KFC. Next time I'll listen to the reviews. I paid $12 for a burnt, old, chewy and cold original sandwhich. What a waste of money. I really regret going here.

This is the best KFC I've been to the chicken is not all fatty greasy , I travel to Beverly for Thier great chicken, and service I'm happy eating here with the price of food going up it's nice to have a place where I can treat my family to a great lunch or supper !!!
