We ordered KFC online and had a very disappointing experience. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order, even though there were hardly any customers. There was only one person in front doing all the jobs, which caused a long delay. Poor customer service overall.

I went there yesterday to pick up an order the way they behaving to delivery drivers are disgusting! They will tell you to wait 15minutes for no reason and witnessed how they approaching the drivers which unacceptable! report them to delivery companies you work and review them here as well so KFC will realise one day.

Always have great food here! The staff are always kind and polite. It can get busy but they clear the line very quickly.
When we want KFC we always go to this one as our food is always good - consistency is so important to fast food and they nail it.
