I personally worked in a KFC in 1979 helping my uncle that was mananger of a KFC . He later became a regional CEO . I meet Colonel Sanders while he was visiting the KFC chain of Quebec. Back then , KFC had a high standard for customer service ,food preparation and handling . This KFC at this location is a shame . The customer service is desastrous ,They serve old gravy ,French fries that they reheat , there's no condiments, salt pepper, napkins, no air conditioner and they can barely talk French or English on the top ,the teller was very rude . Terrible service. Went to get $5 deal of the day in which you can add a fries and drink for an additional $3 and was told no they don't, yet it was clearly shown on their app.
