I'd been craving some original recipe tenders and I decided to put in an order on Skip the Dishes. Only to find out that it's somehow gonna take them TWO WHOLE HOURS TO PREPARE MY ORDER. I PMACED THE ORDER AT 2:25AM AND THEY SAY I'LL BE DELIVERED AT 4:50AM

I'm a senior who's been ordering the 6 piece chicken, and was paying around $26. for the order. The last 5 times that I ordered, I got 4 decent pieces, 2 large, 2 medium, and a drumstick and a wing. The 6th time I ordered, I got 3 drumsticks and a wing, 2 medium pieces. I called the restaurant and asked why am I paying for an order that has changed and not worth the money that I paid. She advised me to call ahead prior to me ordering and she'll make sure that the order will be right and she'll make up for what I should of got. This did not happen. I called the restaurant and explained my situation and from our conversation it seemed like it was going to be resolved. When I got the order, on my bill it does show the extra chicken, but I didn't receive. I also got 2 drumsticks and 2 wings, 2 medium pieces. I called and spoke to the same person and she hung up on me, bad customer service. I called back and spoke to someone else and she said that no one would tell me that they would make up the chicken and asked what I received. I told her and she was going to talk to her manager and call me back. I told her that I was going to take my complaint higher.
I emailed the complaint line for the head office for KFC,twice and haven't received an acknowledgement that they received my email.
This experience is not worth me dealing with this location or even dealing with KFC period.

I would like to add that I received a phone call from the manager, Sonya, who apologized for the inconvenience this has caused me and has asked me to call ahead the next time that I order, to mention her name, and I'll get my order right, and 3 extra pieces. Thank you Sonya

The staff here are absolutely disgraceful! I went through drivethru to pick up an order. No one answered so I went to the window and honked, still no one came. I then went inside and stood there for over 5min being ignored by 2 staff members who could clearly see me. When a staff member finally came to the counter she was wearing a winter coat & torque. I made my complaint to her and she clearly did not care at all about me being ignored by staff. And she said their drive thru speaker isn't working but they have no sign there stating that. They did not have my order ready. I had to wait for 10minutes and all I ordered was a popcorn poutine. The staff and customer service at this location has gone to complete garbage. They have no care for their customers. I will be going out of my way in the future where there are people who care about customer service.

The guy asked me to parked and wait for 10 mins. I’m waiting for the orders at the parking lot cause i thought he will give it to me. 20 minutes after, no one is coming out. “Next time you can tell me to come back”. You wasted my time.

Before going to this store, I called in first to make sure they are still open by the time I get there. My first time to see a KFC branch that's open 24/7(for the drive thru). And it was Shiela who answered my call(I was able to confrmed it when I got there). She's really amazing! Cuz she asked me if I want my order be prepared right away... Who would do that!? Well, we all know that in the fast food places, crew and staffs are always exhausted. But not Shiela! And when I got there, she took my order with a big smile on her face. And she never forgot to remind me to come back in two days as they also have good deals every Thursdays... I'm really happy I went here. Not only that the staffs are amazing, the place is very well cleaned too...
Kudos to Sheila and to the rest of the crews! Keep up the good work!

I ordered on Uber eats and it took an hour just for the restaurant to prepare my food. #coldchicken then they send the wrong order. And still charged me on the app. I will never order from here again. KFC has gone down hill
