July 30 2025 , around 10:30 was inside the restaurant , ordered only one combo zinger with chicken popcorn, was very hungry and tired ! Got home sat down to eat after a tiring day the drink for hot flat like water fries were cold and the burger was cold and old as it’s has been cook couple days hard as rock !!! Disappointed and was looking at the reviews it looks like I am not the only one went through the same !!! Never ever buying there again Disgusting and on the top it took them 45 minutes to prepare the food

To some cashier in glasses: Next time if you give me another $13 $30 increasing money grab from my pocket instead of the $4 Nacho Fries Superme or other real foods with reasonable prices, I will treat you with a 1 star review combo

Better csll it saggy chicken instead crispy chicken….you guys just reheat the day chicken thars way it’s saggy. Never again and spread this dishonest KFC branch .Popeys fried chicken is way better crispy fried chicken….

I usually enjoy KFC, but this visit was a letdown. The chicken was way too oily-like it had been sitting in grease far too long. It wasn't crispy, just soggy and dripping oil with every bite. It left a really unpleasant aftertaste and honestly made me feel sick afterward. I expect fried chicken to be indulgent, but this was just poorly done. Definitely not up to the usual standard. Won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I would like to talk to the team about their app because it seems like my information was leaked after I used their app. I also had to wait extra long for my order even though I ordered via the app. Turns out the team only processed my order after I arrived at the counter asking for the status after waiting for over 15 minutes.

I went to this store (drive through) tonight Saturday April 12 at 10:25pm and ordered 4 piece chicken combo, cost me $25:18. It took unnecessarily too long to get the food. When I got home there were 2pig pieces chicken and 2 small legs and the chiken barely had meat on them as they appeared to have been fried too much. I had ketchup but no flies and I tried to call the store but no one picked up. Is annoying and I can't recommend this store neither will I ever waste my money there.

Slow service, drive thru takes too long and no where to park
