This is the friendliest KFC and im very serious even in a standardized cooking establishment - their food tastes amazing! It seems better to me than other KFC over the years. Maybe made with more love, i dont know!! If you are having kfc, please make sure its here

The lady serving me kept asking the same questions I already told her , she was just confused on a simple order .
No more plum sauce okay whatever Asked for extra ketchup only gave me 4 on my 2 large combo .
Asked for me she wanted to say “oh we ran out of that” gave me 1 more
If you run out of all sauces then why keep running ? Should’ve had your stock up to date .
And nobody usually use ketchup every loction I go to there’s always a lot
And eating the poutine I got , it was hot at all just cold

The quality of the food was good as was the delivery time and service. The low rating is due to the disappointment in the chicken. KFC used to be distinctly KFC with its secret recipe. Not sure why that isn’t being used anymore but I will buy Popeyes or Mary Browns from now on-nothing special about KFC anymore.

Yesterday, Oct 21st at about 3:30 I went to this KFC with my daughter and we purchased a combo pack of 4 piece chicken with a soft drink and fries. After order was placed, an old lady peeped from the inner window and looked with weired eyes on us probably confirmed our faces like not Canada born persons. Then I was handed over stale and reheated over shrinked and bad smelled chicken and also reheated decolrised fries as well. We noticed this while we left this KFC and were already on the road driving to home. It is totally unacceptable work of the staffs. I want to aware customers to ask them if they have packed freshly fried or stale reheated chicken before blindly accepting their chicken.
