Sticky floors today, dirty glass doors, no or very low Air conditioning. Disappointed in the cleanliness that is lacking And.. they put the cold coleslaw underneath hot fries smh instead of the hot gravy packed with hot fries. No common sense.

Very bad service, took so much time to prepare the order, waited almost 20minutes for a small order. And then instead of accepting the mistake the guy was being rude and told us that we can take refund if not ready to wait.

I love this KFC, there is always good service and delicious food.
I've been going to this location for a year. The service was always excellent. Friendly employees, atmosphere is always great. Staff always smile. It's my favorite place to eat chicken.

The lady serving me kept asking the same questions I already told her , she was just confused on a simple order .
No more plum sauce okay whatever Asked for extra ketchup only gave me 4 on my 2 large combo .
Asked for me she wanted to say “oh we ran out of that” gave me 1 more
If you run out of all sauces then why keep running ? Should’ve had your stock up to date .
And nobody usually use ketchup every loction I go to there’s always a lot
And eating the poutine I got , it was hot at all just cold
