I went through the drive through and was told my order would take ten minutes due to making a fresh chicken classic burger & to pull around front & park & they would bring it out so I waited for 17 minutes before I decided to go in & there were a couple people waiting inside so I waited for 5 minutes nobody came & then I heard my name so I spoke up & said I have been waiting 20 minutes & this lady beside me said that I.eas lucky because she had been waiting for 30 minutes in her car for fries!!! Very unprofessional & disorganized location

The food was gross, chicken seemed to be cooked in burnt oil and was very greasy and soggy. The stuffing was gross as well, just soggy and wet. The fries were soggy as well. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. The colonel would cry if he knew what kind of terrible quality was being served here. Don’t waste your money on this location!

Service was fast and friendly. Chicken was overcooked yet somehow chewy. The plastic sheet over the drive-thru menu is glossy and makes it impossible to read during the day. Couldn't see a thing.

Sorry to have to say this, I will never deal with KFC... Not happy at all, no service when I had to ask repeatedly. Three woman in the kitchen wouldn't come to me, instead they ignored me. I was trying to figure out Thier self order machine and couldn't get it to work right, and still repeated for help, yet no help.... There was a Filipina lady there, she was the only one to help at all... Another thing was the Bathroom was not cleaned either, we had to use a bathroom at another location...

10 minute wait for Big Crunch when the game day Big Crunch deal is on isn’t really acceptable. Then both bathrooms being out of order is a little suspect. Two of the flavors of pop aren’t available. This place has always been shitty service but I didn’t think it could get worse. Edit: it actually took 20 minutes to get our food. The place was empty and few cars in the drive thru so I fun what their problem is.

I am so angry! The cook is vindictive and argumentative as I did not get the fries in the 4piece with Fries meal. The icetea was watered down. The place is filthy and complaining is useless as they do not accommodate. I will never step foot in this dirty establishment ever again their chicken can go strait to mars!!!

The chicken pop corn was really old tasteless and hard including the french fries.When I called the store to complaint about the experience i just had,the lady who answered the call was the one served my food denied that their food was old, instead of accepting their shortcomings and apologize to it.

Sticky floors today, dirty glass doors, no or very low Air conditioning. Disappointed in the cleanliness that is lacking And.. they put the cold coleslaw underneath hot fries smh instead of the hot gravy packed with hot fries. No common sense.
