Very unprofessional non customer supportive behaviour from staff. I asked them to swap my dips but they said they can not do so. I had to pay extra to get desired dippings. Very rude front desk staff!

The chicken fry was clearly old, not fresh at all. It wasn’t crispy – just oily and soggy, like they reheated an old piece by throwing it back in hot oil.
The fries were the same – stale, limp, and greasy instead of hot and crunchy. Totally unacceptable quality for a brand like KFC. Complete waste of money!
When I mentioned the issue, the Indian kitchen women staff got angry instead of handling it professionally. That kind of rude attitude on top of such poor-quality food makes this place a complete disaster.
This KFC needs serious improvement in both food and service. I will never return here again!
KFC is near and dear to my heart, but the thing is... I... I might have out grown my fondness with KFC. This place was great. All the things you would expect from a new fast food restaurant. But the chicken just didn't hit and that makes me sad. Don't get me wrong, it was fine, even good. I'm going to get KFC again, likely from this very restaurant, but the feeling, that excitement, that I once had for KFC is... not the same anymore. This place is good, maybe even great, but not for this kid anymore.

I've been impressed on a few different occasions with this location! They take the time to make your tenders and fries FRESH!! I've had KFC recently from other locations and it's been cold and less than mediocre. PLEASE keep it up! Thank you for the fresh food!
