The chicken fry was clearly old, not fresh at all. It wasn’t crispy – just oily and soggy, like they reheated an old piece by throwing it back in hot oil.
The fries were the same – stale, limp, and greasy instead of hot and crunchy. Totally unacceptable quality for a brand like KFC. Complete waste of money!
When I mentioned the issue, the Indian kitchen women staff got angry instead of handling it professionally. That kind of rude attitude on top of such poor-quality food makes this place a complete disaster.
This KFC needs serious improvement in both food and service. I will never return here again!

KFC is near and dear to my heart, but the thing is... I... I might have out grown my fondness with KFC. This place was great. All the things you would expect from a new fast food restaurant. But the chicken just didn't hit and that makes me sad. Don't get me wrong, it was fine, even good. I'm going to get KFC again, likely from this very restaurant, but the feeling, that excitement, that I once had for KFC is... not the same anymore. This place is good, maybe even great, but not for this kid anymore.

I've been impressed on a few different occasions with this location! They take the time to make your tenders and fries FRESH!! I've had KFC recently from other locations and it's been cold and less than mediocre. PLEASE keep it up! Thank you for the fresh food!

The lady at front MARIA is so unwelcoming and feels frustrated from the job. I’m also working at customer service so I know some days are tough but she’s always like this. I’mean your giving food at least have some positive energy
Terrible service. I was looking for my car keys that I lost and I called kfc if they were there, the woman on the phone refused to check and was very rude, I asked if it was possible to check the parking lot and I got hung up on. Never coming back here and telling everyone i know not to come here

I called the store because I experienced food poisoning twice from their food. And they couldn’t care at all. Horrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Non-professional people are working there, at the front desk she said wait 10 minutes and after that she said we don’t have ready chicken if you want then you have to wait more 30 to 40 minutes. She doesn’t have Communication skill either. Not recommended this place.

Love ittttttt after school or after work coming here is the best the lunch box is filling and cheap 5$ for 2 pc and popcorn chicken extra crispies free and it makes the chicken taste so much more better would recommend 10 out of 10 will love it
