I think KFC is losing it's quality chicken and glory of the best chicken. It's too greasy and chicken portions is very tiny. . . It's not worth anymore to eat or order in this restaurant. The space is small and the service is small also the chicken is somewhat looks like a leftover meat.

One of the worst kfc. There is always a wait for chicken and it's either dark meat or only white meat they have most of he time. I ordered chicken online last week for 12 pcs and they online gave me all dark cause they said they only have dark meat so can't do anything about it cause we are late to the party and then Went there again today to buy chicken crew told me there is 20 minutes wait and they only have white meat I said I don't mind all white meat. but why they don't have chicken? They are closing at 10 pm and went there at 8:20 pm and they don't have chicken. it's like made to order chicken. Why they called it fast food if you always need to wait for chicken ?

Came with my nephews for dinner, first i got wrong order i only asked one meal but was charges for two meals and the fries were cold and you could smell bad oil even my 10 yr old nephew said he likes going to big KFC as there food is always good than when there was left over from them i also tried popcorn chicken and it was really bad too . We love going to kfc but today was bad experience . fries were replaces after i complained bt the newer one also had very bad smell .

Went into this KFC for lunch one day. While there was other customers eating in the restaurant, they all had their food already. I had ordered a Zinger combo and it took them 10 minutes to get it out to me. Although I will say that it was definitely fresh as I then drove back to work (5 minutes), ate my fries first (they used an additional seasoning on them than normal KFCs just using salt, so they were really good) and by the time I got to my sandwich (10-15 minutes after leaving store) it was still very hot.

The owner of this kfc need to Look up the review from time to time. No response for the people who put their review for them to take actions.horrible experience the cashier is unattentive dont pay attention to the order and end up when we received our order it was wrong When we about to tell the correct order they refuse to do it again. I recently encountered an issue with a KFC deal offering 10 chicken wings for $10. When I tried to place an order, the customer service representative, who seemed to be Chinese, told me I needed to buy something else to avail of this deal. However, the next day, I visited a different KFC location on Maple Road and purchased the same item for $10 without any additional requirements. This experience makes me feel like I was scammed into buying an extra item.

Just picked up an order and the chicken was HORRIBLE!! I literally had to brush my teeth after eating it. We hadn't had kfc in quite a while and CERTAINLY won't be back. It's not as if their meals were inexpensive alternatives. We paid premium price for inedible food.

Have been to the 28ave and Millwoods Rd KFC, 4 times.3 out of 4 they had no chicken available, and we left.The one time, got home only to find out all they put in 10 piece bucket was legs and wings. Wouldn't waste my time or money going back
