My husband went to this KFC location, and they have machines to order your food. Which is different so he asked the worker, do I have to use a machine to order or can I order with you and the guy literally points to the machine and doesn’t say anything. My husband said okay but I need to request the chicken to be cooked longer. (I like my meat well done.) and they said they can’t do that. They can’t put the chicken in the deep fryer for an extra 2 minutes ? Who is running this business ? I need to make a head office complaint, these people are ruining their name.

don’t lie and say you open at 9 if your management and employees are to lazy to show up & get the deep fryer and gravy ready for opening. ‘open when 9am cravings hit’ literal false advertising ✨ told my partner it’d be 20 minutes for chicken and 40 minutes for gravy which shows you don’t even turn the fryers on before open so they are ready ! poorly ran kfc location.

I have moved back into the neighborhood. I was there last night 01-28-2006 I was totally not impressed with 1 - the chicken was terrible. 2 old stale drum sticks, 1 old and stale chicken wing, I newer drum stick. 2 - the fries were hard and cold. 3 - the young man at the till was throwing my food and everyone else's around like it was baggage. The receipt says I got 5 Ketchup i got zero zero 3 napkins I got zero. My fountain drink was cold and fresh because I poured it myself. Not a good all around experience like I had the previous 2 visits. I have not boycotted you yet. This is strike 1 of 2. I always give places a second chance. Hope the next visit it better. !!!
