Took my son here for a quick lunch while at the mall. He unfortunately spilled his entire popcorn chicken to the floor as he was setting the tray on the table. I went up to the counter to pay for a replacement and the gentleman that was working very generously gave us a new one for free! I expected to pay as it was completely my son's mistake, however he insisted that they just replace it for us. Very kind and great service to do that. My son enjoyed the meal! Thank you!

I ordered a 12 piece and fries for delivery specified all dark meat receipt says all dark got order and half was white meat and took over an hour to get here 4 blocks away

I have been visiting this store for a while now but wasn't been so great because of people who works at the front desk. I so many times stopped myself going to this store but could not because of love towards my favorite meal. I was talking to this india girl from past few weeks and asked her name and it was Vidyaa..such a wonderful girl who always makes my visit so enjoyable. I really appreciate her positive attitude of this girl that brings to the counter. Always makes me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I recommend KFC management to bring such people on board and recommend to immediately take an action on those Phillipineos ladies because of there bad attitude and worst behavior with the customers. Please have a look at reviews of all who being the same about the rest of the staff. Please bring more efficient people on board as you cannot let the brand KFC down.

EXTREMELY rude lady who served me. It’s the same old lady who literally everybody else is complaining about on these reviews. She doesn’t deserve a customer service job as she clearly has no idea how to speak to people or treat people.

Crappy service I went to buy Tuesday special! The lady charged me $12.60 for $5 meal because I didn’t specify I want Tuesday special

I had a very disappointing experience at this food court this morning. I went to buy fries and asked for a takeout box, only to be told there was a fee, which I wasn’t aware of. When I explained that I didn’t have the change, the staff member ( old Filipino lady ) was unhelpful and, frankly, rude. Instead of offering a polite explanation, she pointed to a sign and said cannot you see this and didn’t show any understanding or courtesy. It really ruined my mood for the rest of the day.just to lyk insulting someone is not a customer service .
