DO NOT EAT HERE!!! After speaking with a very useless manager tonight, I am incredibly disappointed with the lies I experienced from the staff.
I ordered online for pick-up at 6:30 PM and the pickup time listed 6:44 PM. Due to an incredible influx in traffic in the parking lot, I didn't arrive until 6:55 PM. I entered through the drive-thru and when I got to the window, two seperate employees verified my name on the order. Then, one of the employees stated that they needed another 15 minutes to complete my order. When I asked why, I was told that their "fryer is not working". I said that's fine but obviously I can't go anywhere because the parking lot is packed. They then instructed me to illegally park on the side of the building and they would bring my food out to me within 15 minutes. As I sat and waited for my food, I watched 5 other vehicles place their orders and exit the drive thru with their orders. As well, approximately 10-15 skip and Uber eats drivers came, picked up food, and left. After about 20 minutes, I went into the restaurant to get my food and an employee was making her way out to me. I asked her why they haven't closed their orders online if they were that busy and she told me that the manager was the only one with that capability and there was NO MANAGER ON DUTY tonight. She then told me they put a whole 3 extra pieces of chicken in the bag as compensation (which is honestly ridiculous). We got home and I filled out the survey a little while later and received a phone call from THE MANAGER ON DUTY tonight (meaning the first employee lied or the "manager" is lying). All she had to say was that they were sorry and it won't happen again (but we all know it will) but she kept asking me if we received the 3 pieces of chicken as compensation. I am APPALLED by the lack of customer service from KFC and hope people avoid this location because they only care about how much money they can take from you and how fast.

Worst burger ever ! Staff not friendly at all burgers are old and served cold .. person jane at the counter was rude and very rude and gave us a stale burger only the fries were fresh ! Charge use for extra zinger sauce and didn't even added ! I would recommend people to who like kfc go to the Tamarack kfc on 17 street ! This kfc needs to be closed or over all change their staff and behavior!

When we went to the restaurant, there was on no on the counter and the food servers were not friendly. The chicken dish was dry and not edible. There was no thank you or apology from the staff. It was very bad. We will not stop there again. Probably. Staff member needs a proper customer service training.

Honestly, that was my last trip to KFC. They were out of white meat, the chicken we did get is soggy and slimmy. The fries are dry and dead and the gravy which I used to love tastes bland. Seriously regretting the purchase. Really should've gone to literally any other chicken restaurant and it would've been better. Staff were nice.
Worst food ever. Never gonna visit this place again. Spent 60 bucks to get charred fries, bland gravy and they charged for mayo but didn't give it. Say it first if you don't have something.

Horrible service. First it took them 10 minutes to acknowledge that we were even at the counter. Finally got to place order and verified with the lady at the counter what all was included in the meal( chicken, fries, popcorn chicken, gravy, 2 salads, perfect. Had her read it back to me( chicken, fries, gravy, popcorn chicken, 2 salads), perfect. Pay for order and get it home, gravy is missing. Run back with my receipt and told the lady at the counter that the gravy was missing. She got the manager, fine. Explained to the manager that the gravy was missing and I was told it was included and was even read back that it was included. Before I could finish my sentence, she cuts me off and starts saying no, it's 2 sides( 1 can be gravy) I again said, that is not what I was told. She said that's how it is and would need to pay for it. At this point, I'm beyond frustrated. So I pay for my it and she says" I'll give you a small one on the house". Are you kidding me. How about acknowledge that your attendant was incorrect and correct the matter. Can't say I will be back to this location

My mom and I went here for lunch, 11:45 am today, and they had no chicken except for 2 pieces. They told us we would have to wait at least 15 minutes for anymore chicken. How do you not have chicken at lunch time? Only one of us got to eat lunch before our work break ended. The two pieces we did get were super greasy.
