Please order using the kiosk.. I am paying with cash. That's okay sir just place your order. Okay. Then we waited for them...25 minutes later they realised that the order was pending because the kiosk doesn't take cash. Funny how it's marketed as a convenience. It took way too long for someone to realize that for that 25 minutes, five customers came in and left before anyone even realised we still had not been looked after. This is shotty management and business practices. Customer service with out the service. If I'm ordering from a kiosk, make it cash accessable, or don't have them. Not everyone is interested in "the agenda" Cash is actually money. And your losing money by simply expecting a computer to do it for you. Two stars... After realising, it took 10 minutes.

They refused to let my mom order at the till when she was struggling to use the self order kiosk, I even asked if she could just go to the till and they said no. Then someone walks in and up to the till and orders and pays. Brutal. Will not be back. Not helpful, not accessible.

Absolutely horrible! Please for the sake of everything that is holy, do NOT give them your business. You will wait forever, NOT receive what you wanted, be treated like TRASH and given subpar food for a lot of $$$. HORRIBLE.

The lady at the cash register was very rude. She couldn't even take our order correctly. She didn't ask us what dipping sauce we wanted and rang in plum sauce instead. When I told her I didn't want plum sauce, she said she would ask me when the order was ready to be bagged. When she was taking our order, she said, "You guys are confusing me." If she has a hard time understanding basic English, why is she even a cashier? Her badge name was Shukh.

Heads up: you have to stand and call for a cashier before being served for 5-10 minutes if you have cash.
Plus they’ll let your food sit on the counter while they show each other things on their phone in the kitchen while you stand there staring at them

Placed an extra crispy order online, they didn't have it and packaged regular instead, and didn't say nothing till we went for pick up, plus ended up waiting extra time past our order time! Quiet disappointed in this!
Couldn't place an order at the counter because the cashier was having a party with her friends at the counter and not taking orders. So I tried to order off their self-registers, which I wanna know what absolute moron designed these. Like how braindead do you have to be to make them: A) Force you to put in your name, I don't want to put in my name for fast food. B) NOT print you out a receipt, that's the one thing I need, this is how food gets stolen. Just absolute morons at work at every level of this company.

Went into the store .."specifically" asked for fresh fries! ..the last time they were luke warm a time before that had cold ones , this time they took the sitting fries and put them back in fryer to heat them up ..just awful,loved the gravy I purchase so I zipped across the parking lot got some fresh fries from DQ..
