The staff member who took my order, probably an Indian Gujarati gentleman, was unprofessional and rude. As I attempted to place my order, I mentioned that I had a coupon. Instead of accommodating my request, he raised his voice and insisted that I should have mentioned the coupon before starting my order. He said i have to re-punch it again. I tried to explain that I was still in the process of ordering, but he continued to speak to me in a condescending manner, saying, “that’s your problem.” His tone and demeanor were not only disrespectful but also felt quite harassing. Someone like him should not be working at the front. He is a total disgrace to the community. If a person doesnt have attiquettes to talk, shouldnt be working in customer services.

Went through drive thru to place an order. Got home to find the chicken is rock hard and unable to eat. Manager was unprofessional when I called and explained the situation. Stay away from this place. Food is never fresh and they don’t care about their customers. Absolute waste of money.

I placed an online order for a boneless box. When I arrived I went to the online order pickup sign and was ignored so went over to the cash. When I got my food I was appalled by the lack of customer service from the girl behind the counter. She didn't speak a word and when I asked for ketchup she just tossed them in the counter at me. I then got back to work only to open my bag and find that I wasn't given a boneless box but two pieces of dark meat! Wild! Boneless white meat was ordered and I got bone-in dark meat. SOOOO disappointing!

Usually love kfcs chicken sandwiches but when I ordered from this location is was absolutely disgusting. The chicken tasted like it was a day old, so so so dry, wouldn’t be surprised if I get food poisoning from this in a few hours. I would never ever recommend any one to eat here, you’re better off driving further to another location where their chicken doesn’t taste like the Sahara desert.

Bought chicken but ended up getting bones with barely any meat on it. I had to go back and change it manager wasn’t friendly at all didn’t even apologize and even argued that they gave me 7pcs instead of 6 because of the way the chicken is and arguing instead of just changing it and apologizing is unbelievable. This store should be close down it happened a lot of times already not just to my order. Management is very poor, the crispy fried chicken doesn’t look like chicken anymore just mostly deep fried bones. how can people enjoy their food if the people that work here doesn’t even care what they serve.
