Sent hubby in to get ice cream Oct 20 at 4:55. I live in the neighbourhood and buy ice cream there all the time. Your service you have on back wall above freezer if buying pint you don’t have to stand in line. I had a man who was working behind counter who saw me buy 2 pints but refused to serve me because he judged me for butting inline. I feel you need to educate your staff I was treated poorly because of a policy you have posted on your wall. Very disappointing that your staff had no knowledge of policies. I will pass and go to Dairy Queen and get my litre there. .

Kind ice cream is such a pleasant place to visit. The energy is light and cheerful. They have their regular flavors but also circulate others so it's always a surprise with every visit, you never know what they'll have! the staff make you feel right at home!

I am visiting a friend in Highlands and wished I had tried this place before my last day. I could have tried more flavours. Excellent small batch ice cream - smooth with good flavor. I had the whiskey maple walnut and the coffee. There is always a line up whenever I passed by.

The vibes are immaculate, every flavor is amazing, and all the rotating concoctions are so carefully thought out. I love they're often things that are familiar from my childhood- like McCain cake or bannock with berries- reimagined and served in an equally nostalgic format. Not only that, but many options are vegetarian and vegan-friendly which means my vegan friends and vegetarian partner are able to enjoy their treats, too. They're true to their name and the community is lucky to have them. ❤️

Very nice inside and great quality ice cream! The flavors are unique, and options are numerous! The sit-down area outside is a bit sticky but I have seen them pressure washing several times.
