Terrible company in their shipping and has gone way down hill. Food comes moldy and they don't respond or provide any insight until multiple emails are sent. In which they still don't seem to care they now sell garbage

I needed a gluten-free cake for my sister's birthday and usually, I get it from Celebrate Gluten-Free. However, they were closed for the holidays, so I decided to try Kinnikinnick. When I called, a lovely girl answered and when I explained that their closing time conflicted with my schedule, she offered to take my payment over the phone and hold the cake for me. She kindly said she would wait for 10 minutes after their closing time, which was incredibly thoughtful. Despite being a 12-minute drive away, I made it in time, and she was waiting outside with my order. I was so touched by her kindness and exceptional service, and I couldn't thank her enough. The bakery truly saved my last-minute birthday plans! I ended up getting the German chocolate cake, and it was absolutely delicious. ???

Gluten-free hub. Outside of the building doesn't look like much but they really brought a cozy feel to the inside. They have a small store so there isn't a huge variety of products but they had more than I expected. Their boxes of GF flour are a reasonable price, and discovered they also have boxes of pancake mix! Hopefully their online shop reopens. Highly recommend.

Your hours aren't great. 9-5 mon to Sat. I can't get there before you close on the week days and when I got there at 4:54 on a Saturday the door was already locked. I knock and called but no answer. I just wanted to load up on bread since my local Safeway doesn't carry it anymore and though I've found 1 Save-on 15 min from me that does, it's $1 more there. Closing at 5 means closing at 5 for most businesses. There wasn't a sign on the door that said closing early. It'd be nice if you were open a little later at least one weekday. It's not easy for everyone to get to your location within the limited time frame you're open.

Wonderful Gluten free and even Dairy free products, lots of which are almost impossible to find anywhere else. If you have a food allergy this is the place to shop. I love their fresh baked goods. The only problem is making sure I buy enough for the road home and for my freezer.

I recently tried the Kinnikinnick GF White Bread. This is the first GF bread I have had that I didn't want to immediately spit out. I couldn't believe it wasn't regular wheat/yeast bread!! I'm so happy that I can now have toasted sandwiches that are not only edible, but delicious! Thank you for creating your products. I will definitely be trying out as many products as are available as I don't live in Edmonton.

Just visited the store today and there is always an older woman working there. I have been coming here for years and she is always very rude to her customers and workers. While checking out our many items I had accidentally put an item that was not mine (that was on the counter next to my items, so you could see why I thought it was my item) in my bag. The older lady stared at me, not saying anything and reaches for the bag and says “those arent yours” in the rudest way possible with a straight face. Like i was trying to steal from them after just paying $40 for several little items that add up quick. I obviously felt terrible as that was not my intention and she just stares at me as I apologized. She was super rude and stuffed them back in my bag and said you take them, trying to save face for being so rude about my mistake. She says “once you come here more often you will get to know me more” as if I need to get to know her personality more as it comes off rude. Which she is. Very. She does not know her customers obviously as I have been coming here for years and have never had a good experience with her helping me. I honestly felt so shocked and did not want the item she tried to stuff back in my bag forcefully, but she insisted. I probably won’t come back here if she is working as I felt super uncomfortable and appalled at her stance and the way she spoke to me.

We rely on this bakery for our GF products and fresh bakery items are important to us. The lack of communication regarding “supply chain issues” has been frustrating and problematic. My boys LOVED the GF sub buns and their disappearance from the product list extremely disappointing. I have been going elsewhere to purchase all my GF products due to the empty shelves and lack of communication regarding what is going on with product availability. It’s really too bad. I used to recommend Kinnickinnick to friends and family but now I no longer will.
