Came in on Sunday Oct 27 at noon. The lady serving us was honestly terrible the entire time. Seemed annoyed we had questions about the menu, gave us miso soup with no spoon.
Didn’t once come to ask how the food was. Never offered me a refill of Coke. After multiple attempts flagging her down for the bill she came with a machine , punched in numbers and immediately walked away. I wanted to pay cash. Wasn’t back for over 5 mins to ring in my friend. Punched it in and walked away but didn’t complete the steps so we had to flag her down again.
Was not a good dining experience.

Awesome sushi spot, rolls are 5 times the size of grocery store rolls! Lost a star as the dishes and table wear wasn't as clean as it could be.
Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the massive rolls!

Kyoto never disappoints. Their sushi and sashimi are all good, and decently priced. Their lunch specials aren't bad either.

Went and sat down and ate a few days ago with a few friends. we ordered sushi, appetizers and main dishes. Everything was brought out at the same time with our mains. The soup, salad, sushi and an appetizer, everything got cold as we rushed to try and eat it, then when we were ready to leave they brought out our last appetizer. our waitress barely attended to us and some of the dishes were cooked poorly. Definitely won't return .

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The service is always fast and friendly. The sushi is always consistent in quality and flavour!

This is a go to for Japanese food; not only is it good quality but is at a very affordable price. The lunchtime bento is a must!!

This very bad, the manager like to yell. He always blame employee. If I make mistake on order he make me pay from my tip. Not good

A year ago i would give this place 5 stars. My latest dinning experience was disappointing. The quality has changed - not sure if they changed ownership or chef. For example, the tempura shrunk, beef tataki was thick, the sashimi was not fresh. The place feels dirty… sticky floors, stains on walls, crumbs on table. I would not recommend.

Went here for like 10 times before, invited our friends.
Service was ok, tables and dishes are ALWAYS sticky and dirty.
Today the restaurant decided to break my day - we had to wait for 50min to get our food, server was rude, salad was rotten.
When we complained about the salad and waiting time, owner came and said that we can't harass restaurant's cooking (tomato literally tasted like mold, it never tasted like this before).
We left and will never return.

Sashimi quality is bad, it is stringy and not fresh at all. Beef was also very tough and chewy. Expensive, not worth it
