I love this cafe. The owners are so sweet and kind and they have the most versatile menu ever. Countless milkshake flavours to choose from and the Indian coffee is to die for. Tastes just like home

Stopped in at The Koffee Cafe and had one of the best London Fogs I’ve ever tasted. Perfectly balanced, rich, and silky with just the right hint of vanilla — it’s the kind of drink that makes you slow down and actually enjoy the moment.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with plenty of space to sit, chat, or get some work done. You can tell the staff take pride in every cup they make, and that attention to detail shows from the first sip to the last.
If you’re a tea lover or just looking for a cozy spot with top-tier drinks in Edmonton, The Koffee Cafe is absolutely worth the visit.

Coffee time
I had a wonderful experience at Koffee Cafe! I absolutely loved the Indian-style coffee and the soup – both were delicious and full of authentic flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean, cozy, and welcoming. A big shoutout to Kavita for her excellent customer service – she was very friendly and made me feel right at home. Great place for a relaxing meal. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I were sitting at the table when a group of construction guys walked in. They sat at our table. It was fine since we were almost done. An Indian Aunty comes in and tells us to move to another table for these guys to sit. What! As if WE were in the wrong as paying customers. I’ve never had such rude service in Canada. We left and I threw out my smoothie since it was terrible anyways. What a shame. It’s clear they don’t want new customers. Went in happy, left feeling dehumanized and disrespected. Terrible experience 😳

I had a very disappointing experience at Koffee Cafe. I ordered a ginger tea, which had no proper taste and was honestly undrinkable. When I politely asked for a refund, instead of handling the situation professionally, they just reheated and boiled the same tea and gave it back to me.
When I refused again and requested a refund, the manager was shockingly rude and disrespectful. She threw my coins on the table instead of handing them back properly. I’ve never seen such unprofessional and poor customer service. The attitude and behavior, especially from the manager, were completely unacceptable.
Definitely not returning. I hope they take this feedback seriously and learn how to treat customers with basics respect.
Worst experience ever… the old lady is working there ..she is so rude…
