Kokoriko Fried Chicken

One of the best Halal Korean food joint in Edmonton. We are a big family of 5. So we ordered different items. Everything is tasty, big portion, and decent price, the staff at the front is friendly and accommodating. The chef came 2 times after serving for feedback and gave us 3 complimentary sauces. Their bubble tea and wide variety of lemonade choices are mouth watering. Seriously one of my favorite spots now, highly recommended.

The staff are nice and friendly. I ordered chicken wings with korean yangnyeoum flavor. It was crunchy and good amount of sauce with it. Very satisfied with their service!

I loved Kokoriko but will no longer coming back again. I think it has new management.

I ordered chicken yesterday and noticed it was smaller than before and not fully cooked. I also saw some concerning food handling practices in the kitchen, one of the staff was handling raw chicken and then preparing cooked food without washing hands in between.

It's unsanitary and very concerning.

Food doesn’t taste bad but when it’s comes to making it and the cleanliness of the place it can be a bit sloppy. Overall I recommend this restaurant if you want a quick meal or snack.

I ordered a whole chicken, which is supposed to come with pickles and rice cakes, but neither of them was included in my order. I called the restaurant to report the issue, but while I was explaining the problem, they told me the manager was busy and hung up on me. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Not only was my order incomplete, but the way they handled my complaint was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I recently tried Kokoriko Fried Chicken in Terwillegar and was really impressed! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor — exactly what I was craving. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even during a busy time. The sides, especially the spring rolls and fried dumplings, complemented the meal perfectly. The restaurant itself was clean and cozy, making it a great spot for a casual meal. Make sure to check their combos and platters which is super good deals! Definitely coming back soon!
