Mushrooms burger and routine had to have been the worst meal I have ever eaten. Was starving and still left that garbage at the table.I try to support these places but never again would I go back. With the long wait everything was cold. Ice cold

Nice people running the place. While I didn’t eat, it seemed very popular with bicyclists. Quite a few stopped by and got food.

Wasn’t open
This was the first time we have tried the much raved about “Tomahawk Pizza.” Let me say it lived up the hype and more. Crust, cheese, ham and pineapple were delish and abundant.
If you are going through the Tomahawk area make sure to stop and try the pizza.

I’m a local customer and enjoy the fact that we are able to order and take out from a place so close to us. For as nice as the owner is, and for as good as the pizza can be, I’m just about done ordering from this place. I have constantly found hair BAKED INTO and THROUGHOUT my pizzas (in AT LEAST four of the pizzas we have ordered recently). The ‘ground beef’ they use almost seems like a paste from a can, the burgers are cheap (only ordered those once, not the best but overall they also were not the worst), and it really seems like a lot of the stuff they serve is bought very cheap. Cheap can be okay, especially when times are slow, though it also seems to be bought in as low of a quality as possible.
My in laws also used to order from this place with no problems at all, though just a few months back they ordered their usuals and almost all of them weren’t feeling well and got ill shortly thereafter. Haven’t ordered from here since.
Their food CAN taste good, the service you get is great and your food is almost ALWAYS ready in 30 minutes. No faults there. Food wise, improvements CAN be made, and extra caution to avoid hair in the food needs to take place. Loose hair nets/hair nets with wide netting don’t do the job.. not going to pick on the quality too much, because sometimes you get what you get and that’s all there is too it.
Maybe all of this is the price we pay for convenience of this sort so close out in the rural areas, maybe my expectations are at fault (though really, for a meal I’m blessed to have not prepared myself on my lazy days, I think hairless food is a common expectation here..the rest I can suffice with and enjoy), or maybe a little bit of more care can be put into the food they make and serve.
I am ALL for supporting locally and helping out our business owners, especially when times are tough and slow, but all of these little things continue to add up and are starting to turn me away from this place.
I would love for this review to be taken into account and seen as constructive criticism, and it is not my intention to make this restaurant seem like a bad choice to eat from because really, the food can be good, the service provided is kind and prompt, and the lady is very nice to have small chitchat with when you are in and grabbing your bite to eat. Overall, it is a friendly atmosphere. Not to mention they have lots of homemade, handmade, and secondhand goodies (paintings, treats, CD’s, books, wall hangings, homegrown & dried goods) for sale, because let’s be honest, when times are slow you have to do what you can to keep things running. And who doesn’t like a good book to read, CD to listen to, a treat to snack on, or a nice painting to take home. For yourself or for someone you love.
Thank you, Kountry Kitchen, for the services you provide to our community and to those who are travelling through, but please. Try to do something about the hair. Things happen, I know, but when it’s happened to almost all of the orders my husband and I have placed lately, I think something needs to change.

Just ordered here for the first time. The double cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. And I appreciate the homemade fries over the frozen ones most places serve. Lady was very friendly. Would definitely recommend. I'll be back again for sure
Staff is very friendly. And the pizza is amazing!
