My Wife and I love visiting the L1 lounge anytime we stay at fantasy land hotel, or just popping in for a quick drink or bite throughout the day. On our last visit we stopped in for our regular Old Fashioned at L1 and was blown away by Danielle Campbell's twist on it. Was so perfect, and exactly what we needed after a long travel back after a week away. She's truly the best in the west
The staff has major discrimination issues. Me and 2 of my friends wanted to know if the this was one of the places on the coupon. Before we could ask we were approached by the serving staff and asked for ID. To be fair both all 3 of us don't loom our ages which wasn't the insulting part. The insult came after we were seated when boys between 6-10 were allowed to sneak in to watch the hockey game! They were clearly under age didn't get the same speed of clearance. Which leads to the real discrimination being based on disability. 1. A perso. With a wheel chair had to maneuver around their sign because of placement. 2. We were approached because we didn't look like we could afford to be there 3. The service we got was terrible, she may as well work at McDonald's. Did not look after our table at all. We would have had more food and drink if the service was bitter 5. Someone had to approach her to get the kids out when there was a total of 3 tables to serve and 3 or 4 at the bar.
