My favorite go to when I’m in the city. This place has been my home away from home for a few years! Jenn has always made me feel welcome. Actually I give kudos to all the staff who work at FLH. As there’s been some sketchy people who have come by and the staff has always dealt accordingly. From experience I must say I love this place. The best cocktails served by some upscale servers. Those of us who have become regulars do so because we enjoy quality service :)

Was here on Saturday night. Service was awful. The supervisor name is Jen an older lady looks line a linebacker. Really rude. Not good with customers. The other girl wasn't attentive either. Place is not good workers are awful. Not recommended.

Jenn was horrible, rude personality. Was at L1 for an event just over a week ago with my Boyfriend's work. Service was awful, super slow. They had a pregnant girl working in the bar. The Surpervisor Jenn was a complete nightmare. Very rude, came across real fake and unapproachable. She tried scamming $10 when she gave my Boyfriend back his change. Said it was an accident. We won't be going back and a lot of his colleagues said the same. A pregnant girl and a middle aged woman made the service slow, unenjoyable. There should be young, good looking much happier people working in a Lounge like that. Extremely disappointing.

We were staying at the hotel and the mall was just about closed and we were hungry and looking to have some drinks, didn’t feel like walking to the restaurant sector if the mall so we poked our heads in too L1 Lounge. There was hardly anyone in there as it was 6pm in n a Sunday so we went and sat at the bar, a lady who worked the bar named Jen served us drinks and took our orders.
For the next 3 hours we ordered food and drinks and chopped it up with Jen about all sorts of things, tried a variety of common cocktails which were made perfect at which one point we would pick a bottle on the shelve and say “ make me something using that” I can honestly say some very impressive skills behind the bar it was the highlight of our trip!
The food was decent but the service was top shelf and made the whole experience so enjoyable even if the food happened to be whatever, I would certainly return based on the service alone we had an absolute blast!

Uma makes this lounge a must stop place!! We planned to come once ... because of her we've stopped 3 times and will continue to visit till our 5 day stay is up! YOU are lucky to have a shinning star like her work for you 💫

I do NOT recommend this place ! I was sitting at the bar when Jennifer came on shift , she was very rude to the girl that was working . She has a very cold demeanor about her . So unfriendly, not a pleasant person to be around . She made me Very uncomfortable, I finished my drink and went down to Bourbon Street .
Jennifer D is the rudest worst server my wife and I have had. She's a manager she was extremely impolite was going to the back room with her phone. Didn't check on our table I had to go up to the bar for a new drink to get cutlery and more napkins. We have been coming here for a long time and usually have very nice attentive server. We won't be going back very disappointing 👎 Beef dip dry hard bread the dip was chunky bad caesar salad with no one to quality check our food. We stayed there last weekend will not be going back place not good 👎

I had the pleasure of visiting Lounge 1 at West Edmonton Mall, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience—thanks in large part to Jen. From the moment she greeted us, her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out.
But what truly made the evening exceptional were the espresso martinis she crafted. Jen didn’t just make drinks—she created an experience. Each martini was perfectly balanced, rich, smooth, and undeniably one of the best I’ve ever had. You could tell she takes genuine pride in her craft, and it shows in every sip.
Beyond her mixology skills, Jen’s friendly demeanor, quick wit, and effortless hospitality elevated the entire night. She made us feel welcome, taken care of, and like we were the only guests in the room.
If you’re at Lounge 1, do yourself a favor—ask for Jen and order an espresso martini. You’ll thank me later.

My family came here for lunch and were not dissapointed. Uma greeted us with a smile and very friendly. She accomodated us all through out and even suggested which food to get. The food was served hot and hefty! Very nice ambiance too!.
