Atmosphere was good. Service was very bad. It was not busy but the staff were very inattentive. We have to remind the lady multiple times for coffee or water. A girl looked very stressed every time she serves dishes she would murmured it was very hot, and then just left the dish half hang on the table! I have to push the dish all the way in. The steak was very salty, the sausages were undercooked. All toasts were overcooked… Oh well, I guess this place is just good for a cup of coffee.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my visit to the L2 Grill at Fantasyland, West Edmonton Mall, earlier. My husband and I had breakfast there, and as we were leaving and passing by the reception area, a Asian female staff member made a sound that resembled gagging or vomiting toward me. This made me feel uncomfortable and offended. If you like being discriminated against, you can go there and feel it.

Went for Christmas dinner last night and our server put down a drink menu and walked away for 20 minutes. Had to flag him down for a drink. We went last year as well and same experience. Food was good but don't think we will do L2 again. I know I won't get a response as they only respond to good reviews. They don't seem to care if you had a bed experience.

This location consistently goes above and beyond with their service and food. The food is flavourful and the team works together to create an inclusive and cohesive atmosphere.We were celebrating our daughter 9 birthday and they went out of their way to make it feel extra special right down to the thoughtful card and complementary dessert. We were genuinely impressed. Huge thanks to our server, restaurant manager really made the night.Highly recommended.

We were there just last night from out of town with our family looking forward to a good meal we got the opposite we had to call someone over just to get water and drinks and took more then an hour to get our food the server was not friendly and the food was terrible we got a shareable 99$ each there was enough food for one of us the children’s food was crunchy noodles and sour yogurt so not worth it I’m ok with paying good money for a good meal we will never come back and we will be assuring our family and friends don’t waste there money at this dump. Horrible service
We went for the TGIF buffet that is advertised as international fare only to find macaroni and cheese, mash potatoes, roasted vegetables, 2 salads, some BBQ chicken that was bone on breast (terrible), some warm fish and pizza. The pictures on display in the mall show international food and it looks good on picture. We were very disappointed with the selection and quality of the food. Service was good, food less than average. Would not recommend or go back.

Top notch service! The servers were all very formal but friendly and pleasant but shout out to the chef, Rodney! What a cool cat he is! I asked for a condiment that wasn’t on the buffet and he just showed up to our table after making it from scratch for us. He was great to talk to and paid close attention to his buffet service and items and ensure everything was up to par. This day happened to be a Mexican theme and it was all delicious…especially the beef barbacoa and Mexican street corn salad. The deserts were on point!! The restaurant was very clean and fancy but felt comfortable in everyday attire. For $25, you can’t go wrong and will definitely try to hit them up more often!
