Would return.Great selection of pastries and desserts.Reasonable prices and very high quality.Croissant is very flaky and buttery.
This bakery was busy on the Sunday afternoon that we went there but we did not wait too long. They have some tables outside for you to enjoy your goodies. The space inside is nice. They have different variety of eclairs and cakes and bakery goods. What I found unique is that they have hazelnut croissant and hazelnut chocolate croissant on top of the usual almond croissant. It was really delicious. We also tried their pistachio éclair which was very good. Their cakes were awesome too. Nice rich chocolate flavors. Definitely recommend this place.
Had to keep myself in check when shopping. The croissants were a great way to wake up the missus as was the chocolate mousse mini gateau and lemon tart (so delightfully puckering and refreshing). The custard was excellent and the mousse was like eating chocolate air. The croissants - so buttery, flaky and light. Highly recommend
It is the best bakery we ever tried in our life! every time we walk in almost feeling like an art gallery! we tried everything there, every pastry is unique, the consistency and taste are just perfectly right! even thought we live 5 hours drive, if we go to Edmonton it is specifically a trip to La Boule FOR SURE! Sophisticated place where everything is perfect!
This place is a must try! Everything I've tried here has been splendid. Absolutely delicious, beautiful, and well priced.
I want to really like this place... It is such a hit and miss... I go in the morning staff to be so rude every morning I come to get my coffee. They give me some type of attitude. & apparently this is considered an omelet... It's just spinach and tomato salad mixed with an egg?? :) :)
i always love coming here, i tell all my friend and family to come to this place if they want something sweet and pretty. The store itself looks super clean and organized. The dessert are amazing, i live all the way north and still make the trip there now and then because it's worth it!
Astounding pastries. You definitely get what you pay for.. I would highly recommend this Patisserie to anyone in Edmonton.
My husband and I came here this morning in search of pastries and I have to say, probably the best croissants we’ve ever had. We had a savoury and sweet and both were fantastic. We also grabbed a dessert for later and it looks amazing. Iced coffees were unreal as well. We arrived around 10am and there was a small line and by the time we were leaving there was a line down the street so I would arrive earlier than later! This will def become a go to spot for us! Amazing food!
Omg..totally amazing! The chef is from Edmonton. The selection of delicious bakery items are spectacular. The flavors are intense and you see the love in the detail and work of each patisserie. Best suggestion is go early for best selection, as items sell out quickly. The bread was also delicious. You can even purchase chocolate, I picked up chocolate pearls as well. Nice clean store, once you walk in the smell hits your senses of such deliciousness. My favorite is the Raspberry white chocolate square. Don't go hungry, because you will buy everything! Sorry wish I took a picture inside the bakery to showcase the display of bakery selection.

Outstanding little bakery just off Whyte Ave! Beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious treats! Every single one that I've tried has been faultless, perfect level of sweet, never too much! Iced chai is so good too! Definitely hard living so close to this place, once again I might just have to skip the summer bod this year...
The baked goods here are to die for. Literally best croissant I ever had! Price is well worth it once you get a taste. Also conveniently located near Whyte Ave so you can enjoy while on a stroll. 10/10 will be visiting again for my next sugar fix.
Went here for the first time today with some friends. Tried their lemon tart and Iced Chai, and all I can say is WOW. The lemon tart was probably one of the best I’ve had and the Chai was excellent too. Service was fast and friendly, and the prices were surprisingly decent too, especially for what you’re getting. The ambiance and vibe was also great. Would recommend 10/10
Probably the best bakery of all time. if you haven't had their chocolate mousse gateau...sweet Lord what are you waiting for?! The best chocolate treat of my life.If you're into fruity desserts, the raspberry eclair is HEAVENLY! Absolute perfection in flavors and textures. Lemon tart was a new one that was also outstanding. Creamy, light, tart... delicious. I want to live in this bakery.
Their croissants ? are perfect for coffee to start the day. But they open too late at 9am, when lots of people start their day much earlier than that. Wish they open earlier even on weekdays so we can have croissants ? everyday!
