La Prosciutteria is a hidden gem in Edmonton! The charcuterie is top-notch with fresh, authentic Italian meats and cheeses. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are so friendly. Perfect spot for a date night or to share amazing food with friends!

The pictures of the charcuterie boards brought us here but we ended up getting paninis and arancini. My husband and I agreed that the arancini was the best we’ve ever had. It was piping hot and delicious. The focaccia was so fresh. I liked both of the paninis and saw some others on the list that looked just as good that I’d love to try. The London fog is also very tasty and I know my London fogs!

I had an incredible experience at La Prosciutteria Yeg! This family-run spot truly shines with its generous serving sizes and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The prosciutto was a standout—freshly cut and paired with thin-shaved pineapple and cantaloupe, which added such a delightful twist. The salami waffle sandwich was an absolute game-changer, bursting with flavor and creativity. On a hot day, the strawberry martini was so refreshing, and the dry prosecco paired perfectly with the meal.
What made the visit even more special was the service—Sara, the owner’s daughter, was an incredible server, making us feel so welcome and ensuring everything was perfect. You can tell this place is run with love and passion. If you’re looking for authentic Italian flavors with a modern flair, La Prosciutteria Yeg is a must-visit! Can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful place. The smell of fresh baked bread and espresso are enticing and add to the deliciousness. I got The Gladiator. Fresh focaccia with prosciutto, gorgonzola cream, arugula and sundried tomato. Amazing! Will come back!

We have booked a table for February 14.
We came at the appointed time, and we were seated at a low table on the sofa, which was not convenient for me since I was wearing a short dress .When we saw that a table with chairs was free, we were transplanted at my request. It was a closed visit, only those who booked could come. And also the food was without an order, according to the prepared menu. There weren’t many people, and we were expecting our dishes. They brought cannelloni and they were barely warm (we saw how the next table returned cannelloni because they were not hot). Once again I will write that 4 tables were occupied in the cafe, including us. They also brought bread (warm garlic bread is indicated on the menu), but as a result, the bread was not warm or garlic. The cheesecake was delicious, but more like mousse. In general, it was not bad. Delicious cheeses and beet salad, We ate everything because it was delicious . The nice waiter tried to fix everything and was very worried, I would give him a star ⭐, Without him, I would give 3 stars. And the rest disappointed me, as there were not many people and the menu was prepared, and in the end everything was not smooth. Not terrible, but not 100% to come back.
