We had the arctic char and it was magnificent. The Laronde version of a backed alaska was great as well. Basically cherries jubilee flambe overtop a glazed ice cream desert. We go a couple of times per year and are always pleased.
La Ronde is a beautiful spot for a special night out. The panoramic views of Edmonton and the river valley are absolutely stunning and make the whole experience feel unique. The atmosphere is elegant, and the service is warm and professional. The food is good, the ambiance and rotating view make it worth a visit—especially around sunset.
The food was amazing, our server was fantastic. The lighting was inconsistent, some parts were light nicely, others too bright, too many were practically unfit. The pricing is a bit out to lunch on some items but frankly when you go somewhere like that its to be expected.
