** Update: I had since given them another try, now I have to call to make simple modifications but noticed that also helped with accuracy. But the app now has an error for the sides, when I tried to called they said the manager was aware but wasn’t in and they didn’t know how to help and that the manager was going to call uber to fix it. So I suggested I pay for another item around the same price and they just make the dip instead as I’m speaking to them about it. They didn’t want to do that. So I didn’t order. Tried calling again, manager isn’t in again, and again no solution after I confirmed the small dip was not supposed to be 16.95 even with the uber up charge. Tried again tonight and the manager again, not there and this guy just simply didn’t not want to talk or figure anything out. So once again, I will not be ordering from them. I suggest trying other local shawarma places that have great food and the manager actually works, does there job and the staff know how to problem solve and deal with customers.***

Sadly great food, but the worst at execution, literally 95% of orders get screwed up. Can’t follow instructions, even when it’s highly descriptive due to their previous screw ups. Have endless excuses. Finally have had enough, today’s the last order I’ll ever place with them. If you can’t execute a wrap with simple meat, lettuce and sauce then you probably shouldn’t make food. Unreal.

We have spent a lot of money here, almost alway order the same things, and they are either, missing, add toppings we specifically describe not to, burned paper to the wrap, burned or charred beef. I shouldn’t have to call after every order to be like “why is my drink missing? where’s the salad and or fries?” I put bold letters to make and changes clear and they have been the same on every order and never fails they mess it up.

Like I said we’ve tolerated it cause the food when made right is great, but the service and constant mistakes is abhorrent m. Today they said that they didn’t see that order, and I called to tell them they had messed up the wraps again, so my husband couldn’t eat them at all and so waste of money again.

Since 10 years plus ago, I often drive from my home to this place (25km, one-way) whenever I feel like having a Mediterranean meal. I had experienced that they've lost something in their kitchen for a while. Today's meal was one of the worst in my entire adult life. Their rice, beef and potatoes was like meant for the garbage.
I am very disappointed as if I threw my money away and most of all the bad taste it left in my mouth.

Not only do they have the best shawarma in town, they're also wonderful community members. I had my credit card stolen this week so when I went to pay with my debit card I realized I had lost it earlier today. Unable to pay the owner said to come back another day to pay. For all they knew I could have been lying to get a free meal but because of their kindness I have something to eat tonight.

I ordered a Shish beef kabob combo, and to my shock, the meat was raw in the middle. I had no choice but to throw away the entire plate, which was extremely frustrating—especially since I drove from far away to try this place after hearing so many recommendations from friends. This was a place I was genuinely looking forward to, and it was a huge letdown.

The experience got worse when I went to pick up my order. The owner’s attitude was dismissive and rude. Even though there were 4–5 people wandering around inside, when I walked in, instead of greeting me or asking how he could help, he looked at me and waved rudely for me to come over. No welcome, no courtesy. When I said I had ordered over the phone, he told me to stand in the corner while he attended to other customers. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

To top it all off, I was overcharged. The beef kabob combo is clearly advertised as $20.70 on their website, yet I was charged $22 plus tax. When I questioned the price, his response was, “Oh, that’s old prices.” That’s not acceptable. If prices have changed, update your website.
The extra $2 isn’t the real issue—it’s the attitude, behavior, lack of transparency, and food not cooked to the correct temperature

I’ve been ordering here for years (monthly at least) and have always been very satisfied with my order. Yesterday I ordered to go and was very surprised with the size of my wrap. It was INCREDIBLY small, I’d say HALF the size from past orders. I really hope this isn’t the new normal.

Alternative Way

Absolutely incredible food — truly beyond any expectations. Everything was so delicious that even those who weren’t hungry couldn’t stop eating. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere feels warm and full of love, and you can tell they really care. A real pleasure every time!

I originally came here for the viral shawarma sandwich and disappointed is an understatement. The food was really bad and the owner was very rude to his employee and yelling. Extremely unprofessional. I never leave reviews but this was so bad I had to.
