Large bowls of yummy and chewy hand made noodles with hot broth. Very comforting. We had the duck noodle soup, wonton noodle soup and lan's beef noodle soup between a family of 5 (3 kids and 2 adults) and this was plenty. You have a choice between 5 type of noodles and we picked classic style for all ours dishes. They had cutlery and cups for the kids which I thought was thoughtful. There were 2 staff in total there (both prepared the food and also served tables) on a Sunday night and I thought they were very efficient and got the job done. We ordered green onion cake as a starter but they came out after the noodles, towards the end of the meal but we understood as it got busy and there were only 2 workers. I don't have any photos to post as we gobbled everything up. One other thing I liked was they had plenty of vegan options which was great for my sister. All in all, would definately recommend and we will likely be back another time!

Went to this place several times for real authentic northwestern china taste!! Chef Chan’s hand pulling noodle is a game changer of the overall sensory experience. If you’ve only tried instant noodles or simple machine cutter noodles, definitely give it a try to experience a whole new world. Definitely recommend this as a Chinese noodle lover and a food scientist.
Service is good, environment is cozy and chill, portion is nice.

Lan Noodle is hands-down one of the most unique dining experiences in Edmonton! Watching the chef hand-pull noodles right in front of us was mesmerizing — it’s like dinner and a show rolled into one. The noodles were incredibly flavorful with the perfect chewy texture, and the portions were massive. We tried the belt noodles (they’re HUGE!) and the chilli wontons, which were spicy, silky, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and service was great. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Highly recommend!

Such a quaint little noodle place on Whyte Ave. Their noodles are to die for. I always get their Lan special and it never disappoints. I have put many of my friends and family on to this place, they all love it!

Went for late dinner with my boyfriend, was seated super quickly, food came out very very quickly - even with staff apologizing for the wait (a whole 5 minutes). ramen itself was unreal 10/10

Excited to have a hand-pulled noodle place with vegetarian options! The food was fresh and delicious, and the noodles were definitely the star.
