This place is unreal. Why? Hand pulled noodles. Mouth watering broth. I had the house special beef noodle soup. I don’t know how they marinated and stewed that beef but let me tell you this is marry me beef noodle soup. Why? Get down there and find out! The bowl is gigantic. They want you to eat like you’re a guest at your friends auntie’s house. Bring an appetite. And the spoon is dope. This changed the game for me. I’ll be back

The wonton soup bowl was very good with lots of noodles and yummy wontons.
One of our group loves noodles, but did not like the soy bean paste and ate none of their bowl. The other member of our group who had the same bowl, ate half of his but, said he would not order it again. Did not love the noodles.
Our server attempted to explain what the paste would be like, but struggled.
Two of us very much enjoyed the hot green tea. Having returned from visiting China last week, I thought this restaurant would be a good experience. We will likely not return.
The veg roll was tasty if you like spicy, and the beef roll was very good. The onion pancakes were overly sweet.

Came here on a Sunday. Nice and quiet, the music in the background was very soothing. Ordered the seaweed salad (Sunday special) and the house noodle diced beef soup. Both were great and savoury. The diced beef was so soft with a great proportion of meat to fat. No gristle at all. The noodles were stellar, chewy but tender. The bok choy really soaked up the beef broth as well, making it nice and juicy with every bite. The spice/temperature level was perfect for an overcast day - just enough to warm you right up before heading back out to a brisk afternoon. Looking forward to returning to try their other soups.

Amazing food. I like the combos. Great beef roll, great soup, beautiful, fresh bouncy noodles. The broth is divine! Highly recommend the chili chicken and the potatoe salad.

These are easily the best noodles on Whyte, probably in all of Edmonton.

Lan Noodle – A Hidden Gem!
This place is incredible! Their hand-pulled noodles are absolutely amazing—so fresh and flavorful. One of the coolest parts is being able to watch the owner make the noodles right from the window. It’s like dinner and a show!
The service is always friendly and efficient, and I have to say—the cucumber salad is to die for. Seriously, don’t skip it. This place is a must-visit for noodle lovers!

Not sure why this place isn't getting a 5 star rating overall. We had the house special beef noodle soup, and the dry noodles with braised beef and they were both delicious! Each dish had its own unique flavor. I loved the chewy texture of the noodles! The vibes in this place perfectly matches the food they serve. Quaint noodle shop for quick meals that are packed with flavor. You can ask for chili oil if you prefer!

I got the House special soup and it was fantastic! Great portion sizes and the staff were very friendly. The seating was a bit cramped but that isn't a huge issue for me. The broth had really clean flavors and of course the hand pulled noodles were soft, bouncy and had a really nice bite to them. Definitely recommend - bring an empty stomach!

Had the BBQ duck and BBQ pork noodle soup. The soup was pretty clean and clear. The pickled vegetables were a little bit odd in terms of flavour combinations as they are pretty sour; it did work out better having the pickled vegetables in the soup for a bit, which made the soup have a bit more tang and the vegetables to be less potent. The bok choy had a nice touch of ginger. The meats were a little lacking in amounts, but they were soft and delicious. The hand pulled noodles were thick and cooked perfectly to still have a nice bite to it
Overall, decent place for a noodle soup, but a bit on the expensive side
