Our event was catered by las tres Marias this weekend and it had nothing but rave reviews. The owners are friendly and everything is made from scratch, and the taste reflects the love they put into the food.

Excellent little Taco Truck sitting outside the visitor centre. Chicken taco was really good, but the brisket was incredible.

I absolutely loved the service at las très marias they are all so kind, I simply couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not to mention the food was just absolutely mind bogglingly good. It’s indescribable; I had the Tex Mex brisket tacos and churros and I could literally eat that over and over for the rest of my life. What great flavour combos, anytime I get food truck in Hinton I will surely stop at las très marias. I will be back 6/5 stars!

This is the real deal. I will be stopping here anytime im near Hinton. I thought I was in Houston, not Hinton.

I finally found a food truck in Jasper that's worth raving about! I tried the fish tacos and the Fish King Burrito—both were seriously delicious and came in generous portions. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even during the busy lunch rush. If you're in town, definitely swing by for some of the best Mexican food around. Oh, and their churros? Absolutely irresistible!

It's the 1st time I enjoyed a good authentic mexican food outside of Mexico.
The super friendly owner takes pride in his work & that's why the outcome is flawless.
Would definitely stop by next time when I'm passing through Hinton.

The food here is AMAZING! Miguel was great and gave us excellent suggestions. All food is made fresh and you can tell. There’s a good section of authentic drinks as well. This place is a hidden gem!
