Great poutine, but insanely busy on a friday night and the waitresses are slow to greet you once you're seated. Didn't feel like they were very attentive to us at all for our entire visit.

I’ve long been a fan of this place but tonight was not enjoyable. We had been looking forward all week to attending for a family member’s birthday today but unfortunately all three poutine orders arrived cold. When we pointed it out to our server, all three were returned to the kitchen and one came back just a little warmer but was simply placed under a warmer. Bones from our chicken wings were still on the plate when it came back to us. We were told the meal was placed under the warmer at which point we insisted on fresh plates being prepared as we didn’t want reheated food but rather fresh made meals. Fresh plates were then made and took approximately 20-30 minutes for 3 poutine orders.

Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience. Normally I wouldn’t complain about one bad experience but the reheated plates being returned - with food scraps still on the plate from chicken wings - tells me there was a serious lack of oversight between the kitchen and service.

Here’s hoping mgmt are able to educate staff for future instances.

Ordered take-out through third party app but we got there early and decided to have a drink. The menu is a list of every perfect bar food, it was great. The drinks were also some of the best I’ve had and the waitress was very nice. Would recommend!

They gave us the most awful food ever , everything was salty and burned, and then they charge us doble for everything pretending that it was a mistake , the waiter told us that always happens when you comes at night , that after 6pm no chefs working, the reason why I am writing this review it is because I don't want anyone to have this horrible and unfair situation . When we are coming back NEVER ever , so disappointed 😞 , SO FUSTRATED , SO HOPEFULLY THE OWNER CAN READY MY REVIEW , SO SAD

Tried for the first time and will be back ASAP to try everything!! Got the weekly poutine flavour and the portion size and flavour was huge, so much variety and the Kit Kat cheesecake is a must!

I love Leopolds! It’s only a two minute drive from my place and my boyfriend and I love the food, drinks and service. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and I always recommend it when my friends wanna go out to get dinner.

Parking: Super open area so easy to find parking. I am someone who gets super stressed out if the parking situation is challenging so having a open parking lot like this makes it even more enjoyable!
