Staff also seemed confused about the menu. I used to love this place, but this experience was disappointing. Won’t be coming back or recommending. Hard to see this place lasting with policies like this - especially in that area.

Was very excited to come back here as I was coming here even before the rebrand, back when the place was called “let eat snow”. Disappointed that laptops were no longer allowed as I loved studying here but figured hey why not, we don’t have laptops, and just wanted to have a quick bite and review before a big exam. This is my friends first experience here as well and we were reminded within 5min to order something which is pressuring first of all because we had already lined up. As we were in the line up she proceeded to kick us out for studying, before we could even order!! Extremely disappointed at the pressure tactic used, and unwelcoming behaviour just because we had school uniforms and a book.

I m adding one star because you guys deserve it because the management doesn't hire people who have experienced I was at the restaurant to pick up for uber? There is a new lady who is absolutely very rude . She was trying to give the order without a bag I asked her to put the food in a bag I don't want to take the order order she looked at me sharably. After I picked up the order and left, she made a report to uber company. I was rude . 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

The food was bleh, I doubt they use much fresh fruit, probably just frozen stuff. There are better bingsu places around town.
The staffs seem like they rather be somewhere else. Not sure what has been going on with this place, things have gone downhill...a lot.

I used to be a fan of this place, it was a great place to study with a great atmosphere, good coffee and excellent food.
Recently they've decided to disallow studying or laptops. And made that clear not just with posted signage but plaques permanently affixed to the tables!
If they have an issue with individuals lingering too long or being disruptive they should ask them to leave directly instead of alienating their customer base.
This warning affixed to the table made me feel unwelcome. I will not be returning until this has been remediated.

It was our first time here. The must order is the Bingsu. They have my flavors. My daughter loved the strawberry and chocolate. It was so milky and cool, when you ate to the bottom there was some cereals. The cheese cakes were my favorite and peach Ade. The staffs were friendly to help us place the order. There are many tables very clean. They also have honey butter bread and croffle, I want to try next time.

The food and ambience is great. I’m not sure why people are leaving one star reviews here because laptops aren’t allowed. The cafe is small and people study for so long so new customers can’t find any seating! Businesses need to make money to stay open 🫶🏻
