Great coffee, delicious food. Not necessarily budget friendly but a good place to go for a cozy atmosphere. Can be incredibly busy, so seating can be a bit of an issue. Service has always been really good.

Used to live pretty close and frequently visited! This was our first meal there in quite a while, and can't say it was the same caliber as before. Our meals came out warm to cold, understandable as it was busy, but still disappointing none the less.

The food and coffee is good, but there is tension in the air here. Something isn't quite right.

Before posting a public review I provided feedback to the Little Brick directly, wanting to give them a chance to respond. Sadly I didn’t hear back. So here is what we experienced:We had suggested the Little Brick to friends for brunch as we know they have great coffee. We indeed got perfect Lattes, but…the food was a great disappointment across the board. The breakfast sandwich had no cheese in it (as the menu had promised), and the egg was over-fried/rubbery and dry. The white chocolate-raspberry scone looked so good, but it was rubbery and didn’t have much flavour, some of the focaccia under the eggs Benny was not fresh…There seemed to be a quality issue in both places, the bakery and the cafe kitchen.

We were very excited to try this place out. We had a table of 6 and were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. There was no room for us to wait inside so we stood outside with my 2 year old. After 20 minutes, I was informed it would be another 30 so we decided to leave since I couldnt keep him waiting in the cold any longer. I would recommend working on better time management.

Was really excited to try out this cafe as I had heard many good things. We arrived around 11am and it was fairly busy. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches with bacon and two flavoured lattes, with tip this was over $50.The extra seating in the side room was full so we sat in the main area by the general store items. The tables and chairs were oddly spaced - the chairs were also fairly uncomfortable but the worst part was the lack of space and people constantly behind you or over your shoulder, bumping into you, trying to grab for items on the shelving. For a $30 breakfast, I could understand it but for $50+, you can get better value elsewhere in the city with an actual served breakfast and no one constantly bumping into you while you’re trying your best to eat.
