If they happen to have a “hot and ready” actually ready, it has likely been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. Multiple times I’ve been told “10min” for a basic cheese pizza - which is why it gets this review.

I'm thinking of asking for my tip back. Seeing orders and people who ordered long after me leave the store. Some large orders.... mine is a few minutes more. It's been almost 1/2 hour.

I find so many times there hot and ready pizzas are not ready. Waiting 10-15 mins all too often. Other pizza places place offer buy 2 deals not this pizza place.

I tend to have decent experiences with this location, however it has happened twice now where a pizza that feels as dry as if it was in the warmer for two days has been sold to me as 'hot and ready'.
You truly cannot trust this location to give you passable food, check you order every time and don't let them continue to sell you old food.
This is also another location in the city that is trying to solicit tips again.

Ordered from this location last night and it was terrible. Some of the worst tasting food we've had in a long time. Tomatoes were white (completely unripe) food flavor was so bad. We ate a couple pieces and it all went in the garbage. The Mac and cheese bites, I literally took only 1 bite and in the garbage it went. Very little cheese and toppings. Just in general, all products used were very low quality. My husband is a pizza freak and will eat any pizza, even if I don't think it's good. He hated everything and refused to eat it. Won't be ordering from this location ever again.
This location is worse in the city. Do not go here. Boycott go to the others, then they will learn when corporate comes down on them. Put in order online for pick up. 20 min go by, and the order is not even being started, not even looked at
