I recently visited this Little Caesars location and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To start, my order was incorrect, which was frustrating. My friends and I were expecting three pizzas, but only two were initially provided. After clarifying the order, we were told there had been a mistake in their system. What made it worse was that the lady at the till was unhelpful and argumentative, even though the mistake was on their end. We ended up waiting an additional 15-20 minutes for the missing pizza. The extended wait time was especially disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues, especially the customer service, to improve customer satisfaction in the future. For management the date I came was November 15 2025 at approximately 11:00 so please retrain this female employee
