They forgot my friends food I ordered no onions and there was onions in the bun. Wine at the kids table. My brother got his coleslaw in a napkin. Infested with ants. Cutlery on ground. Hair in food. Friend ordered blue raspberry milkshake an it was strawberry. Tables were extremely dirty. My friend asked for no coleslaw he got it. My other friends food took an hour and twenty minutes. My brother ordered water and it took 50 minutes. The waitors were mean the blinds were cracked and broken. And it was freezing in the place. Milkshakes took half an hour and after all that it wasn't good
Amazing food great service and pricing definitely going to be back here as much as

The restaurant was very busy when we arrived but we were seated quickly by Jeaneh and coffee arrived quickly and fresh. We both ordered omelets with toast and hash browns and the food arrived hot and fast (10 minutes) Jeaneh was very attentive with out hovering. The meal itself was very good with large sized portions so good value for the money. With the service we received and the price point of the menu we will definitely be back.
Corners of the bread was moldy on the portion I boxed and took home. I wish I would have ate the other part first and I would have addressed it in the restaurant, because by the time I ate the portion at home, the restaurant was closed and I got busy in the week to call to make the complaint so I let it go. But a second issue happened when my friends wanted to order cake last night and the only location on skip selling cake was JayBees. When the order finally arrived, All 3 pieces of cakes were not only small portion(not worth 9.99) but they was dry and stale! We were so disappointed that the guy paying did try to call but no one answered. It was probably a good thing no one answered because he would have gave an earful to whoever answered because he was going to ask for a refund for the cake. Two bad things happened with this location and will never dine in or order from there again and I will never refer anyone to your location again.
Stopped by the new diner on the north end of Edmonton, Jay Bee's, for a mid afternoon late breakfast/lunch. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and jalapeno burger and fries with gravy. The Benedict was well done with medium eggs, a good Hollandaise sauce and tasty turkey bacon. Unfortunately, the shredded hash browns were cold. The jalapeno burger was very flavorful with a good sized patty and a nice side dish of yummy coleslaw. The fries were crispy hot with good gravy The service was good. The diner has the 50's look and feel. The menu is extensive and that is the problem. The food was good but overall nothing is over the top good. It is a good spot with good service and good food, that's all.
First time ordering! Food was hot and very tasty! Definitely will be ordering again!! Thank you!!
Sorry for this late review but I was having issues with website. A friend and I went for lunch here in September. Waitress was great, I ordered fish and chips and was literally in the washroom before I ate the full serving. It tasted great but definitely did not agree with me was extremely greasy. We were there for about 2 hours visiting and was in the washroom 3 times. Not sure if I will be back
