Check my photos for how to eat here, but come prepared for a great experience. This is like a fondue if you're not familiar, but you are served your choice of a broth and given a menu for stuff to cook in it.
We went all your can eat, and got to just keep asking for whatever to toss into our pot that we heated at our seats. I treated it like a soup, but I guess you're supposed to cook each piec and fix yourself different dipping sauces. Missed that, but now you won't. Even if you do, I think either way is good.

Read the menu a few times to make sure you get everything, unless all you can eat, then try a few combos.

It was fairly cheap, only 32 dollars a person for all you can eat at lunch here, or 20 for an express version. They treated us amazingly well even though I'm sure I asked a few dumb questions. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotpot experience at Liu Yi Shou! The ingredients were fresh, the broth was rich, and the service was exceptionally friendly. We especially loved the sliced beef and handmade shrimp paste — super tender and flavorful. The staff checked on us often and made great recommendations. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and perfect for friends or family gatherings.

I had a great experience at this hotpot restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, especially the sliced beef and vegetables, and the broth had a rich, comforting flavor. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff were always ready to help. The dining environment was clean and cozy, making it perfect for hanging out with friends. The price was reasonable for the quality. I would definitely come back again!

Some items are not fresh. Ended up with food poisoning. Also the washroom is disgusting.

Honestly not my favourite. Sauce options were limited (no peanut butter), meat quality is okay, pricing model is odd.

Melt in mouth Beef for $35 AYCE!

You think you've had good beef in Edmonton? Think again. This is the best marbled beef I've ever had.

Have you ever tried bullfrog leg? Don't be scared ...be curious! Tastes like chicken

$35 AYCE including desserts already. That grass jelly is the perfect antidote after spicy hotpot.

Give you another tip. Adding the shrimp head into the broth will flavor up your broth!
