Loaded Pierogi is a great option if you are looking for an option beyond the usual fast food. I've never met a pierogi I didn't like and this is no exception. In addition to the classics, they offer some fun toppings. My favourite vegetarian option is the wild mushroom & truffle which is loaded with mushrooms, goat cheese, caramelized onions and truffle sour cream. You also have the option to get the toppings on poutine or mac & cheese if you aren't in the pierogi mood. I've never dined in but the space is open and clean and service is always pretty fast, even during the lunch rush.

Flavour, it was good and met expectations 100%. However I found that since I make pierogis at home they taste just as good if not better. The moral of the story is you want to go the more expensive fancy flavour toppings to make it worth it. Cause why I didn't rate it higher was the prices are a touch expensive for some of the options. But all food is getting expensive so it is what it is. Lastly the location I found was pretty dim and cold which is why I took an additional star off.

When this establishment opened I had high hopes for this place. All the service I have experienced since it has been triteful. They are holier than thou when they serve you and they don't appreciate or acknowledge you as a human when you buy from them. These slick out of towners are not savory, they hardly even wink a sigh of content when you purchase anything from these holier than thou groomers. The only really stinky cheese about this place as far as I can see from these hard off vagrants is the use of their washroom when you are stuck downtown without buying anything.

The only good things to come out of Eastern Europe are weapons, p*rn, and pierogis.This restaurant serves up the latter quite well, the pierogies themselves are okay, what you top them with is what makes the meal. I got the cabbage patch bowl with brisket and truffle sour cream, was not disappointed!

I had Loaded Pierogi via skip the dishes for the first time.. Was not worth the price and the delivery fee. The ms piggy dish was subpar at best, not filling nor tasty for almost a 15.00 dish. don't recommend. The best part of the meal was my Village Blonde Ale.

I love pierogies and wanted to check out this place. There are several tables and booths and you order at the till. A bit confusing to order but staff were helpful. Choose a base of 6 or 10 pierogies, fries or Mac and cheese. Then choose your topping from a large selection. We both chose ‘steak and cheese’ - tender bits of steak with a habanero cheese sauce, crispy jalapeño bits and more. Lots of flavour, not too spicy. 6 pierogies and toppings left us very full! We were the only 2 people eating in but Skip the Dishes was kept busy with deliveries. I hope a Loaded Pierogies comes to Calgary soon!
