Best Buns I ever had. My children have asked for these treats over and over and they are a family favorite .

I pre ordered 2dozen empanada a week before the party and expecting to be in a box because that's what they told me when I phoned them but when I went there to pick up my order it was not ready yet and they want to put it in a brown bag because they run out of boxes. Its even holiday season you should be prepared of your stocks. I even phoned them twice to confirm my order and made sure to put them in a box. You should have alternative packaging like tray that looks presentable for gatherings/parties if you run out of boxes instead of putting in a brown bag. I phoned before hand so that my order will be prepared to be what I expected but it wasn't. Be responsible for pre orders and make sure you inform other staff about the order.

I have been coming to the bakery since it opened for freshly baked bread but the lady ( Roselyn) I encountered today was very rude and told me that today’s bread is for BC shipment and presented with old bread that are usually for discounted price. She was even reporting me in Tanga Lo to her colleague. You sell pal da sal fresh to your Philipino customers, if you can’t sell fresh bread to your African customers, we will buy elsewhere!
Ion Labor Day- Sept 1st 2025, I checked online and opening hours says 10am - 6pm opening hours, I left my house and drove 45mins to get here at 5:30pm and was directed to a printed paper pasted on the show glass that shop is closed at 5pm. And I was mad, because I drove hoping that I got here timely only to be told that shop had closed at 5pm . I am highly disappointed and hope that people call you out for misleading opening hours information.

Loriz, train your staff hygiene. I went to buy pandesal today and cashier was friendly but was shocked after she was done cashiering to the other customer and handling cash she then proceeded to pack my pandesal with her barehands 😳🤮
Fingers-crossed your bakers are hygienic and follow sanitary procedures in preparing the bake goods.

Soft and always FRESH. The smell of a freshly baked bread give me life.. It also cost effective compared to those being sold in stores.

Went early expecting fresh pandesal, but was told to come back at 1pm, never been to a bakery that didn’t have fresh bread in the morning. The packaged pandesal was mediocre, tasteless, and I wasn’t happy with the ingredients.

Bought this bread thinking it was made with a specialty flour being that it was yellow in colour , turns out they put food colouring in to make it have this appearance….. Like why??? Over priced for what it is, lots of other much better bakery's out there.

The white worker I met outside was disrespectful and racist. Bad service will never go again.

I came here a couple months ago and bought bread, I sent my son yesterday and the bread went up %183, almost triple the price now. Definitely won't be coming here again.

Terrible customer service. Got there by 6:02pm and the gentleman locked us out. Couldn’t even offer to quickly attend to us nor even talk to us. I would say it’s really a disrespectful way to attend to customers
