I like the pizza... especially like supporting a local business, but the downtown location was filthy. Every table had crumbs and grease all over them, meanwhile the staff member on duty didn't even take a quick minutes to tidy up while I was eating... I had to wipe crap off the table before I sat down and ate. Perhaps find someone who has a bit of integrity and pride in their work.

I’m from Vancouver and wanted to try a local pizza spot while in town. The idea was interesting, but the setup felt a bit like Subway, just for pizza.
I tried two pizzas. The sausage, basil, honey pizza had a good base. The tomato sauce was tasty and the honey drizzle worked well, but the sausage was not good at all and really hurt the overall experience.
The pepperoni pizza didn’t feel very classic. The ingredient combination was a bit odd, and the mushrooms looked not very fresh, which made the pizza feel heavy rather than fresh.
The price is good, especially for a lunch special, but the pizzas could really benefit from looking and feeling fresher. A bit more attention to ingredient quality and presentation would go a long way.
Not bad, but with some improvements, this place could be much better.

Walked in and heard the owner speak down to one of the workers. My partner and I have been to this location a few times and the worker, Michael, always gives exceptional service. The owner should appreciate that he has a hard working employee and Michael should not have to be treated in such a disrespectful way. Give that man a raise!

I ordered a kale ceaser salad tonight (Dec 2) with my pizzas. I received about 1/3 random lettuce and 2/3 croutons, bacon and cheese with no dressing. I couldn’t even eat my “salad” and it wasn’t at all what I ordered. I called the store to ask about it, and they said they changed their menu two months ago (but not online). She acknowledged she forgot the dressing and just said sorry. No offer of refund. I didn’t even receive what I ordered. We have ordered this pizza off and on for a while, but something has changed. The pizza is completely different. Crust is heavy. Toppings are poor. Lost my business forever.

$60 for 2 Large (14-inch) Pizzas. Dough tasted weird and waxy. Crazy expensive for such crappy mid pizza. Dude working was nice enough.

The lady staff at this store is simply the best. So kind & high attention to detail. She follows all the instructions to the order and she always greets with a smile that makes clients day like mine. Pizzas are very fresh too. Keep up the great work.

Food arrived cold on top and burnt on the bottom. Boneless bites were burnt and more breading than chicken. Paid 60$ for inedible food.

Ordered two pizzas from this location through the Skip app. Absolutely dumbfounded when they arrived. I simply ordered a Donairza and a Meatatarian — two traditional pizzas. The worker who made them somehow managed to screw up so badly that the “Donairza” came as basically just meat, bread and cheese, while the Meatatarian had all the Donairza toppings (onions, tomatoes, and donair sauce) dumped on it instead. How do you even manage to mix up two completely opposite pizzas like that? Absolutely ridiculous

Called about my food order being under cooked and he said he would call his oven guy? When asked about the quality control of the pizza he said his boss was on vacation. Damn I hate when my boss is on vacation and can't articulate a proper conversation with my customers. Maybe when the boss is in he will get it right!

Pre ordered for pick up in Uber for an event. Arranged it early and confirmed via phone 2 days prior about pick up instructions. On the day of, I phoned to make sure it’ll be ready, and guess what…a cranky lady answered saying she doesn’t knw the order but then figured it out and actually has my order she just hadn’t printed it yet but proceeded to complain that’s she’s by herself and that I would have to wait despite having pick up instructions arranged and noted in advanced. When I arrived, no greetings, just a pissed off looking lady. Waited over 20 mins for the damn pizza order. Also she never changed her gloves she used the same for the food prep and touching other items! Wow! Would never come back to order here. Nasty attitude. Poor customer service. Gross. How about some accountability on your end please.

The pasta was good but the staff were not. I asked to PAY for a side of parm for my takeout pasta and she refused. I could see parm in a container behind the counter and offered to pay and she simply refused. Seemed really petty and turned me off of the whole place. Likely won’t go back.
New to town, read a bunch of good reviews and was super disappointed.extremely plan and flavourless. Looked and tasted like cheap frozen pizza from no frills. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.
