To much money for pizza can be better

Jay Murphy

I ordered for 12:30 and it shows up at 1:25. I called a few times and couldn’t get through. When I did the phone was answered “hello” I asked if it was Love pizza and the response was “yeah”. No one touched base about it being late. Yes. I tipped well. Food mildly warm.

The food- pizza was good. I REALLY like the undercarriage, cooked really well and I enjoy a thin crust pizza.

I would try again, not for delivery but for pick up.

I came here 5 years ago & remember loving this place back then. I went there yesterday and was so disappointed to see this restaurant is now a quarter of its original size with only 1 working staff running around with no help at all. Their pizza was so average, i ordered the city market chicken pizza - it was okay, not very fresh.

Very decent place, honestly.

One of the worst run restaurants I have ever seen.
Missing food items. Badly cooked pizza. Inept delivery service. Absentee manager. Illiterate staff.

Don't bother.

Company lunch provided the pizza. Not by choice, but the vegan pizza was impossible to stomach. WSP is weak sauce as much as vegans anyway.

Might try a different pizza if the opportunity presents itself.

Very disappointed how downhill this location has been run since the new ownership.
I’ve visited twice since the changes were made. The first time in Oct 2024 where I entered the store, waited 5 mins (I timed) and left because loud music was playing and no staff member appeared to be working? The second time was today. I entered the store and of the 4 (maybe 5) tables available tables to eat at, only 1 was clean. The woman working pointed at the menus and the disappeared to the back so I had to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing before I could order. I don’t think she looked me in the eye during the entire interaction and definitely did not have a friendly or warm demeanour.
Its shocking to see how this place has gone from a trendy and inviting atmosphere where friends and families were encouraged to dine together, to an outdated and dirty take-out spot. The menus and infographic signage have not been updated so most have been unprofessionally taped over with green painters tape. The few tables and chairs they now have appear to be lacking any upkeep and the chairs are splintering. Prices have increased, and quality has decreased. It’s a shame that this location no longer values their brand image or their customers’ experience. I’ve shared lots of pleasant memories here in the past, but unfortunately do not anticipate returning in the future.

Wouldn’t really recommend, my first time going there got two pizzas and on both of them the crust was uncooked, the bottom was brown and crispy, but the rest of it was raw, really unappetizing. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it until we got to our destination, and it was too late to go back.

On Sundays they have free pizza for kids when you order a regular pizza which is awesome. Huge value and great pizza.

We ordered loaded veggies pizza, I haven't had such a bad pizza in my entire life. Bland, overcooked and almost no cheese. They weren't interested in serving good pizza they just wanted to complete the order as soon as possible. Wasted $20 for a bad dinner.

Definitely more of a take out place than dine in as there are only a few tables in the restaurants. Pizza was good and fast. I had the sausage and basil with a drizzle of honey and I was impressed. I would never consider honey on a pizza a good thing but there we are. Very generous sized portions if you order a pizza for each person and prices are reasonable all things considered. I generally like thick crust or thin crust pizza but the flatbread style has its place as well. Overall a solid lunch option for the hungry office worker.

We do takeout from there all the time! They make great pizzas that are dairy free!

We stopped by for lunch at Love Pizza Canterra location. The employee behind the counter was pleasant and I ordered the Two Can Dine special for my daughter and I. The service was speedy it really didn’t take more than 10 min for the pizza to be ready. It was loaded with toppings, cheesy and delicious! The special included chicken wings & drinks. It is our first time here and certainly will not be our last! We will be back Love:P !

Vegetarian options: The menu includes many vegetarian options.

Parking: There is ample parking available at Canterra complex. Some stalls have to have a valid ticket but the majority of the parking lot is free. There is also a security patrol in the complex.

Food was delicious, crunchy moist crust. My issue was with the service. I'm in a wheelchair and can't see the toppong station and when that was stated there was no attempt to verbally tell me what topping options there were. Person I was with had to take a picture and then show me. Also failed to mention the extra cost of one of the toppings.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is slightly accessable (small ledge) but you won't be able to see the toppings.
