First time at this little hole in the wall, the place was packed and people were coming and going as soon as a table was cleared it was filled. The portions are generous and the food was good. Service was friendly, I chatted to other customers while waiting and everybody liked the food. I didn’t care for the cabbage rolls very much, probably because I’m a pretty good cook myself lol.
Next time I will try something else. Prices are good. I was there at 12:30 the special...
I typically get the special whenever I drop in. You won't leave hungry. The food is tasty, you don't have to wait long for it, the price is reasonable given the amount of food provided.

I wish there was a place like this in every quadrant of the city.
It’s a little hole in the wall diner, with zero pretension! ZERO! But the food was the right blend of creative and classic and the portions are generous. Everything was fresh, flavourful and the staff are friendly it’s a little like going for lunch in 1988 in small town Saskatchewan without the ethical and ecological implications of time travel. I forgot to take a pic of my pork cutlet until I was almost done, but trust me that’s an indication that the food’s delicious!
