worst experience! asked for watermelon slush and they serve me smthing tasted like roses lol!! Too much artificial flavours
Bad customer service. Female employee did not even gave me my receipt after I paid. She just left the counter and did her thing, while I was waiting for her to give me receipt. Good thing a guy came and I said I needed my receipt for me to know my order number. 09.13.2025
So my friends and I brought 3 bobas and we gave her 50$ and she only gave us back 4$ even though it was supposed to be more than 25$. We told her but the old lady got bad 😞.
Me and my friends bought 3 bobas that costed 25 dollars and I gave the lady 50 dollars but she only gave me 4 dollars back, I kept telling her that I gave all my money I gave 50 dollars to her but she kept telling me that I gave 30 dollars even though I didn’t. This is a scam I would’ve gotten 20 extra dollars back
Paid for almost 30 dollars for a traditional halo halo, just ask for extra evap employees said, try to mix it first when I know in fact that the milk is not enough! Worst halo halo ever had it is just literally taste of rice crispies, and small tapioca with a lot of shaved ice. Not bother to finish it may 1/4 of the cup consume. Trying to get the value for money. So disappointing. Not coming back ever!
good food
good service
nice staff
We bought traditional halo halo, SUNDAY at WEM around 3 PM. After finishing most of it, we found a piece of glass at the bottom. That’s absolutely unacceptable.
This could have caused serious injury. You need to fix your food safety practices immediately before someone gets badly hurt. This is not just a small mistake!! it's dangerous.
I’m writing to share a very upsetting experience I had at the Macao Imperial Tea location in West Edmonton Mall. On May 18, 2025 at 15:49. I visited the store and was treated in a way that made me feel deeply uncomfortable and disrespected.
From the moment I approached the counter, the staff’s tone and body language toward me felt noticeably cold and dismissive. I noticed that other customers, who did not look like me, were greeted with friendliness and patience — while I was rushed, ignored, and spoken to in a noticeably curt tone. When I asked questions about the menu, I received eye rolls and vague answers, making it hard for me to place an order confidently. It felt like I was being judged or stereotyped based on my appearance or background, and that’s not something anyone should have to experience, especially in a customer service setting. I left feeling humiliated and unwelcome — a sharp contrast to what should have been a simple visit for a drink.I hope Macao Imperial Tea management takes this feedback seriously. No one should feel discriminated against in any space, especially in a diverse and multicultural city like Edmonton.
Mark and dianna are very kind nd nice. They helped us choosing are drinks with patience . Thnkyou so much guys . Very gud experience.
One of your employee, particularly the woman in the cashier with no name tag working this day (11 May, 2025 around 4:20pm) was very rude. She was throwing some disrespectful gestures which was really insulting and unprofessional. I hope this matter can be addressed, as it negatively impacted my experience. Customer service should always be respectful and professional, and I trust you’ll take the necessary action to ensure such behavior is not repeated in the future.
Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered through Uber Eats and received an incomplete order — only one item arrived, even though I paid for several. The order was very simple, yet they took too long to prepare it and items are missing. There was no way to contact the restaurant directly, which made it even more frustrating. Paying a delivery and service fee for just one item is absolutely not worth it. Very disappointing experience.
I faced a rude behaviour from one of the staff she looks so old..May be she can be the owner herself..Don’t know how to treat their customers in a polite way..I asked for the topping they said that you can add as much as you can..Later I knew that one extra topping cost me around 0.99$..I was not aware of that one..And no one of them try to inform me about the extra money..So embarrassing and felt so mad about all the things happened..Never a next time to me..And will never recommend to anyone I know..😡😡😡
Taste of real fruits like garbage. Sucks worst taste, I’ve ever had in my life!!!
Drinks are good but management needs to hire more people. Waited 15 mins for 2 drinks. Missed my bus 😿
Also the prices on the screen are different from actual prices. Strawberry yogurt is displayed as $7.25, actual price is $7.75.
discount only included one drink. they don’t do stamp cards anymore.
The sisig is one of the best by far here in Edmonton. Authentic kapampangan sisig... This location is very cozy, spacious, and very inviting. Aside from their delicious bubble tea selection, they have Filipino food, Korean corn dogs, takoyaki, pinoy street food, and so much more.
