Ok, if you want good bubble tea DO NOT go to this location, go to the Beaumont one. This location is awful and has way smaller sizes. Also, the Beaumont one has a loyalty program and waaaayyyy friendlier staff!!!! This location was a huge let down. Never coming here again, clerk was super rude.

Black pearls are mushy. I’m pretty sure they are the leftovers from yesterday and it was just warmed up. The texture of freshly cooked pearls are way different from what we had on our drinks.

The time it takes to receive your order is pretty quick, but the products are overpriced for drinks that are below average. My cheesecake milk tea was really just milk tea with an unpleasant glob of cream cheese at the bottom, and even when stirred, it didn’t taste as good as I expected.

I recently visited Macao Imperial Tea at West Edmonton Mall and attempted to use my loyalty card, only to be told that they no longer honor it due to a change in management. While I understand that businesses evolve, it's disappointing when promises made to loyal customers are not upheld. It’s not just about the freebies but about integrity in marketing. During the pandemic, other establishments like Dream Tea managed to adapt their loyalty programs. Despite discontinuing their program, they still offered a final discount to cardholders. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider future purchases from Macao Imperial Tea. I would rather support other milk tea stores such as Coco, Dream Tea, and Gong Cha.

The lady that was working horrible customer service no contact ignored my questions and kept rolling her eyes.You guys need to work on the customer service that’s what drives ppl to come back and because of this experience I’ve had with this place I won’t be coming back.
