Have been here a couple of times, the wait times depend on the days. If its busy its long wait time, it is in a food court in a shopping mall, so we know how long we should expect. The taste is amazing with a lot of selections, you can choose to add on for toppings for extra cost, choose ice and sugar level, same as other bubble tea places. Was super disappointed to learn they did not have the flavour "Castle in the Sky" like the ft McMurray location. I drove across town just for it. This location is also a bit of a mess with not a great store front. Atmosphere is seriously lacking, I almost didn't recognize it and walked by because it isn't like the other locations. Staff was short and dismissive, not very friendly. Probably won't be back to this location, especially without my fave flavour.
Worth the wait! I've never had a bad experience, I now come here all the time and it's my go-to Bubble Tea Shop! My friend and I got the strawberry Smoothie and strawberry yogurt! They're amazing. Definitely will admit, if you don't catch them while they don't have a lineup, you can easily end up waiting 30-45 minutes for your order, but I also remember it's the food court in the Mall and it's always insane. Props to this place
