The ice cream itself is super smooth and creamy and the portion sizes are more than fair for the price. I love that there is always something new to try which makes it exciting to come back again and again. The vibe is warm the staff are friendly and it just feels like a happy place to be. Easily one of my favourite ice cream spots and a place I will always recommend. It is a bit hidden behind an alley so you do have to take a small detour to get there but it is 100 percent worth it.
Best, creamiest ice cream in the city. Their seasonal offerings are worthy trying, but if you want a staple, the malted chocolate honeycomb is excellent. Love their split scoop option, which makes it feel like the value is worth spending more than other places.
I always love this branch more than the others. The staff is always friendly and the environment is always clean.
Vegan options available.
P.S. Their marshmallow is so worth it!
The best ice cream in Edmonton! My favourites are the goat’s milk and vanilla flavours.
One of the worse experiences I have had because of bad customer service. There were a bunch of kids working there that seemed like they don’t want to be there. I had a couple of samples of new flavours of ice cream which I have never had before then I ordered a double scoop of my favourite flavours which are vanilla and earl grey. Vanilla and earl grey has always been good anywhere I have tried them but I didn’t sample them here before ordering. After getting my ice cream I ate the top scoop which was vanilla and it was a good ice cream but once I got to the earl grey it was weirdly sour which was shocking to me. I have never had a sour earl grey ice cream and I do not like sour flavoured ice cream like lemon and berry flavours. I went to the counter to bring up my concern but the staff didn’t seem to care and said this is the earl grey flavour and they refused when I asked to change the earl grey scoop to a different flavour. After all I didn’t order a sour option like lemon or berries and I was concerned if the cream has gone bad because earl grey is not a sour flavour. I ended up throwing away the earl grey portion of the ice cream. I would never go here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Bad customer service, lack of care for customer experience, and flavours that don’t match the names.
Ice cream place that worth the hype.
They have plenty of flavors, and every time we visit there seem to be seasonal flavors added to the menu.
Honestly the best ice cream I’ve ever had! The flavors are rich and creamy, and the lava cake was incredible. I’ll 100% be coming back!
Is amazing and the staff is very nice
Loved the ice cream. The staff was polite.
I highly recommend visiting Made by Marcus, because not only do they have unique flavours, but they also have accommodating and very friendly staffs who will really make the experience 10x better than just tasting their delicious ice creams. Especially their store manager Katie, who I interviewed for my school assessment. She was very helpful and informative.

You know you’re doing something right when there’s always a line up! We got in at a good time just before the line started to grow! I had the vegan chocolate tahini & sesame cookie dough in a waffle cone. Oh snap! So delish 😋 I ate it too fast to take a pic.
Hard to find...need to walk down an alley to get to it.
We loved the balsamic fig, marcone almond ice creams and the refreshing vegan tomato cantaloupe sorbet
