We have ordered from you since you opened on the southside food has always been amazing - I have always gone in to order however last night I had to use one of the delivery services - our donairs where very dry and my salad was mostly onions and my vegetables were yucky - the meat was also very tough and dry - we are very dissatisfied and disappointed ( did we order too early in the day?)

Nidal, the owner, is an absolute gem, genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always serving with a big smile. He makes you feel like more than just another customer, and that kind of warmth is rare these days. Great food, great energy, and a place that keeps us coming back.
Best donair in the neighborhood I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the battered fries. The Friendly staff are very quick too.

Worse donair experience ever meat was leftover shaving dried up trash sauce so watered down just gross me out I had to throw away a 17.99 donair you guys will be reported to health Canada not sure where you think you can serve this food my dog turned it down

One of the worst mushroom Swiss burgers I have ever experienced.
Can't wait too sit down with the chef and share my thoughts on it.
(First off the bun wasn't lightly toasted, Was one time I came but it wasn't for the same burger maybe they are different. The sauce was absolutely ICE COLD, The mushroom had a crunch as if it was previously Frozen or the sauce was in a fridge that was too cold because it definitely didn't taste fresh. Wasn't hot nor was it Melty... The Swiss was still a soild piece of cheese and the burger barely melted it after it sat there for 4 minutes while I debated eating it.)
Overall I was extremely disappointed and couldn't even believe at the time what I was served.
Anyway until next time Magma. I will be returning to try the new recipe
