I recently visited this Vietnamese restaurant and overall, the food was good. The mango salad was flavorful, and the pho was also quite good, but the banana dessert was a disappointment. There was very little banana, and the wrapper was overcooked, making it nearly inedible.
However, the service left much to be desired. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or personable, and there was a noticeable lack of energy. When we asked for the dessert menu, we were given our bill instead. The staff seemed more focused on clearing plates than providing a pleasant dining experience. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Had #19 Beef Satay peanut broth OMG 🤯.
It was amazing, skinny noodle 🍜, broth to die for and the perfect blend and quality of beef. I added a bit more spice not much and it was fantastic.
Great spot, under staffed a little but it is family day mall is busy wait times a little longer. But I recommend the wait if need be totally worth it.

I love the atmosphere. Been here before and always love their pho steak, and beef brocolli veg. Vietnamesse cold coffee was also refreshing and bubble tea. Friendly service

just a terrible restaurant. the most mediocre pho you will ever try at $21 a bowl. the bathrooms are unpleasant. the cherry on top was being charged $0.25 for takeout containers and bags (a scam) and those containers ending up breaking and leaking our soup all over the place. I sincerely hope this place will shut down soon. the experience ruined my day, don’t let it ruin yours.

Disappointing especially the one who took our order, delivered the wrong order, and was arrogant to blame it all on me, she wasn’t sorry even the slightest. Clearly there was miscommunication but they didn’t do anything to rectify it. If It was just me I would have left the restaurant right away, but then I was with my family, 7 of us, I just can’t let them leave with me. I felt flushed so awkward, I can feel my face warming up but I just said never mind after arguing who made the mistake. She and other staff came back to check up on us how we’re doing I didn’t look at them, you want my honest answer didn’t enjoyed it at all never coming back here I’m sure there’s better restaurants than this. Big zero for the service and the rest is affected.
A variety of delicious food, kind waitresses, and reasonable prices.

The location is convenient and the atmosphere is beautiful. However, the service and food is terrible. The tofu peanut satay tasted like Kraft peanut butter and water mixed together. The rice I was served had tasted like it was old and stale. The bubble tea I ordered came with frozen pearls. Honest to say this was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. Usually if a dish doesn’t taste like I expect I speak to the manager but when I spoke to her she explained I would have to pay extra on top of the meal I was unsatisfied with for a new order. She offered to change the sauce and I allowed her to but when the dish came back to me there was less of the original order I received and instead tasted more like water. No salt seasoning or flavour. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
