Terrible food! I should have read all the reviews before buying lunch. Both Honey Garlic Chicken and the Beef are nothing but terribly flavored flour. There's almost no meat inside. You will be lucky to find a meat that is as thin as hair strands. It's a ripoff scam! I will never recommend. Go somewhere else to eat that's worth your money.

It was lunch time and I was very hungry since I skipped breakfast and being at Londonderry Mall I wanted something filling and good. Walking around the food court nothing really piqued my interest till I came up to Manchu Wok and their pick any three items special. They had a great selection of Chinese food and everything looked fresh and hot. I ordered the special and was so glad I ordered 1 plate for now and another plate to go. Yep, as soon as I got home later in the day, I pretty much finished off the second take-out plate. Very good food.

Do not order the wonton noodle soup, waste of money, no flavor, just a yellowish broth like water, no flavor at all. Overcooked noodle, and simply the worse wontons ever in my life. Such a waste of money.

the worker who was working at 5:00pm on May 15th 2025 is racist. She is a younger woman of Asian decent. She did the following
-stared at me with disgust. watching my every move and judged my every request -When I went to pay, she blocked the screen, preventing me from seeing the amount I was going to be buying. -While paying, started touching buttons on the machine, with a used receipt, in what I assume to be a way to keep herself away from my Germs
Multiple times, I have stood to the side while my white friend has ordered, and she was extremely kind and nice to him, however when I get in line or she sees me, her demeanor immediately changes.
I love Manchu Wok. I love the food, but I'm more willing to drive 15mins to the next closest Chinese establishment then deal with a racist

My god. Manchu wok, more like Manchu suck. I simply got rice and ginger beef. Ginger beef was mostly fat and slimy meat. Soggy, and no idea what kind of meat I was actually eating. Hopeful it was actually some sort of beef. Fried rice seemed like it was frozen before as the vegetables were all freezer burnt. Carrots were hard as raw. Zero flavour. Wow what a terrible place. Had to spit most of it out

Food was terrible, noodles were so dry and hard. dry ribs had the worst taste under cooked, wasted money. Lady was rude and just kept saying the noodles were fine as she was tossing them around.

THE BEST Chinese food is always at the malls I don't know why! Good price, set amount for 2 or 3 item plate + plus rice or noodle. I always get the thin noodles and veg and honey garlic or sweet and sour. We go out of our way to come here even though we have a Chinese food place in our neighborhood, this is just simply the best. Don't change a thing we love you!
Avoid eating at this location inside Londonderry. The lady was rude and service was awful. They rip you off with food portions and food doesn’t even taste that great.

Went to Mayfair branch today and was attended by a lady named Glessy. It was such a horrible experience. When I asked for a brown bag since I told her im having it to go, she gave me a very unhappy face. I dont know what her problem is when I asked for a to go carry bag, I can judt pay for it if she wants me to. Because of the attitude she showed me, I cancelled my order and left the store fuming mad. This is not the first time she did this to me so Im not going to let it pass. She should just be left at the kitchen, not incharge of customer facing because she has attitude. She certainly gave me such an unpleasant experience that Im not going back again because she doesnt seem to want any sales at all! I wanted to get the contact number nor speak to someone who has the ability to give some disciplinary action. For the lack of better word, she gave me such a hell of experience!
