Don't know about the food but the customer service is really poor. This lady was so rude. She should never be allowed to serve customers. I made a simple inquiry about the food and she was so rude and dismissive.

Workers are very rude and pushy. They have a sign saying “free meal if receipt not given” when I inquired about it because I was not given a receipt, I asked about the sign and worker started yelling at me and told me I was just trying to get a free meal. They berated me to the point I just had to walk away from all the yelling.

I hope this goes to the manager. I just came from the store and I'm so angry. I talked to service person and and asked re Shanghai noodles and she said "it will be 5 minutes". I asked my son if he is willing to wait 5 mins and he said no but changed his mind shortly. Another lady came to me than to take my order. I asked "is the Shanghai noodles still going to be 5 minutes as my son changed his mind". The new server was so rude to me and said " I don't know how long it will take him to cook it". First of all, I didn't even know that they were still deciding on cooking it and she kept going on about not knowing how long it will cook. I said there is no need to get angry and she said " well you look at me with those "big eyes" and she makes a face at me. Than she goes on and talks to another lady there in another language and tries to avoid me for my order. She loudly asks " well, what do you want?" I said, " Are you ready for my order?" cause I am afraid she will bite off my head. I told her my order. She continues to comment that I shouldn't be angry after she embarrasses me in front of everyone.

On this day of June 13, 2023 I was at Londonderry while ordering from Manchu Wok at 5:45pm. The service was really mean and started yelling at me for asking if I can have rice and noodles. I felt so embarrassed and felt mistreated!

I used to love the food here when I first moved to edmonton several yars ago. It was fresh and flavorful, and well worth the decent prices. So needless to say I'm sad to have found it's gone downhil so bad. I was back in the Londondary area for the afternoon, and remembering this palce, I stopped by. Never again! The great food I was so excited to try again was a memory now, replaced by stale blandness, so greesy that it as almost inedible. Oh well. So much for that.
The lady was nice enough to throw in a couple pieces of the spicy chicken for me try so I would know whether to order it the next time when I asked if I could try a piece before I picked it after I'd picked the sweet and sour pork. Both of the meats were good!

Londonderry Manchu Wok is a very good place to eat, it’s always fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and always so helpful, they greet and treat you like family, always smiling and very welcoming. Thank you Manchu Wok Londonderry mall for this wonderful experience as always.

Ordered through Skip the dishes, was charged $55 for the meal and got chicken that's like a chicken paste that was raw and even cold in the center. My guess is frozen not fresh food, 1 bite made me vomit.Best part yet is that skip the dishes didn't even care about the poor quality food. They offered an $8 refund.
