Picked up two orders - Calderetta & Pancit Canton from Manila Grill (West location). We ordered their medium party tray which can easily serve 10-15 people (maybe more). We always love coming in because they’re always inviting and we always feel welcome.

The food is tasty and great. Service to be honest it is depending on the staff's mood. There times that the staff is grumpy, and sometimes okay naman (that is why i mentioned it depends on the staff's mood). Atmosphere, is quite okay. Overall, highly recommended .

The most vulgar food I've ever seen. Tripe (beef stomach) was served in a beef dish my wife ordered. My wife is Filipina and she too was grossed out. Totally disgusting! My chicken noodle soup looked like the chicken was beaten to death, it was so bloodshot! Nasty, nasty food.

I ordered laing, pansit, and sisig. Laing and pansit are both very salty. Sisig is basically pork fat, no meat at all.
Food is great but service is poor..I I phoned Manila Grill to place an advance order for bopis. The lady I spoke to was very rude and didn't know how to be polite. I asked if I could order a food tray of bopis, but she said, 'No, we only offer it per order.' I then asked how many people one order could serve, and she responded, 'Oh, I don't know. It's up to you. Do you want to order or not?' She seemed eager to end the conversation and didn't offer any other dishes good for the party.

Accidentally called this branch. I was supposed to call the other branch to inform them that i'm on my way to pick up my order coz i thought i won't make it in time. I called around 7:40pm and when the guy picked up, first all i heard was talking and when I said "hello?" the guy immediately responded "hello alas otso na cut off na kami" not in a nice way, but in a VERY RUDE tone. He didn't even give me the chance to speak what I was calling about. He just assumed i was gonna order. What an attitude ??♀️ next time please hear the customer first. Anong klaseng attitude yan nakaka high blood si kuya but ofcourse i remained respectful.
I am reading some of the previous reviews and it seems the owner doesn't even care at all and has a bad attitude too. That's just so sad.
