Maple baker’s recently did the catering for our house warming. All our guests highly enjoyed ( including North Indians, Brazilians, French enjoyed the full course. The pricing was proper and quantity and quality was good. I highly recommend this place for your catering needs if you want to have a different taste than the other Kerala restaurants. Thank you for giving our guests and awesome Kerala food experience.

Ordered a variety of cakes but they all largely tasted the same. The cakes shared a plain crumb base, and the cream/icing used was largely devoid of any flavour other than “sweetness”.

Wow, just devoured a chicken roll. The flavour was so delicious and warming with a wonderful outer crunch. I love it!

We will be back.

Maple Bakers offers a unique experience with its Kerala-inspired bakery in Edmonton, which is a great concept. We tried the tea, egg puffs, and cutlet, which were quite good and reminded us of traditional Kerala flavors.
One major downside is that there’s no washroom or handwashing station, which is not ideal for a dining establishment. While the idea of having a Kerala bakery here is exciting, there’s definitely room for improvement. We’re hopeful that with time, they can make adjustments and really elevate the experience. Looking forward to seeing how it grows!

Maple Bakers is a perfect spot for a quick snack and coffee break! Their Kerala snacks are authentic and delicious, and pair perfectly with a cup of coffee. The bakery offers a wide range of sweet and savory treats that are freshly baked and utterly tempting.

Good authentic kerala bakery. They have a variety of kerala snacks like achappam, urinnu vada, egg puffs, kerala parotta, beef curry. Beef cutlets were the best
Service is pretty good as well however their ambience could be much better, there is no hand wash or washroom even though they have dining here. I felt the prices are on a higher side

I have been to this place and tried their different snacks but i feel like they are using same oil to make all the snacks, because i have tried “mulakuvada” from this store 2 different times but unfortunately it tastes like “chicken roll”. Please don’t use the same oil for all.

Actually we drove around 500kms to reach here. But the customer service was very unpleasant. After very first impression we thought about leaving the store but anyway the food was really nice.

I have a bakery back home and have years of experience there. That’s why I felt to write a review to let the owner know to train her ‘how to deal the customer’.

Extremely felt disrespectful.
