This place needs either an exhaust fan, or to make their waffle cones somewhere else and bring them in. Marble Slab makes this entire part of the mall stink like burnt waffle batter.

Today I went to get ice cream around 7 pm And there was this young lady she had brown hair and pretty green eyes and lashes , This was my first time getting ice cream at marble slab and she made my experience very good. She explained how it worked to me And was very helpful and kind. The blue raspberry icecream was very good

If I could give the staff a zero, I would. Terrible service, nit attentive, no definitive line, and then the staff just asked anyone regardless of when they arrived to the counter. When we were finally asked , I told them my order just for the employee to turn around and ignore us, talk to someone else, stare off into space then help someone else… Super strange and unhelpful experience .

Don’t know the name of the young lady helping me today but her customer service was friendly and very welcoming. All i can remember was she had blue eyes and the red velvet ice cream was amazing!

Me and my younger siblings were passing by and we saw the ice cream place all my friends were talking about, so I decided to order ice cream for me and my siblings. Once we arrived the workers started giggling and whispering to each others. I didn't think much of it until we finished eating. All our stomachs started hurting and I'm not sure if it's the ice cream or it's that we ate it too fast.
I ordered a sundae and both girls looked so confused, they served me just a scoop of ice cream and asked if I wanted toppings, I said I want a sundae like the picture, again no response. I guess is no longer common knowledge what a sundae is🤷🏻♀️ Even if it's in the menu with a picture.

I recently visited Marble Slab and was impressed by their variety of flavors. We tried the taro ice cream with chocolate chips and strawberries, and it was delightful. The ice creams are incredibly tempting, especially with the various dipping options available for the cones. We ordered regular sizes, and they were quite fulfilling.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. However, it would be great if they could introduce some sugar-free or lower-sugar options for those looking for healthier choices. Overall, a lovely spot for ice cream lovers
