If I could give the staff a zero, I would. Terrible service, nit attentive, no definitive line, and then the staff just asked anyone regardless of when they arrived to the counter. When we were finally asked , I told them my order just for the employee to turn around and ignore us, talk to someone else, stare off into space then help someone else… Super strange and unhelpful experience .

Don’t know the name of the young lady helping me today but her customer service was friendly and very welcoming. All i can remember was she had blue eyes and the red velvet ice cream was amazing!

Me and my younger siblings were passing by and we saw the ice cream place all my friends were talking about, so I decided to order ice cream for me and my siblings. Once we arrived the workers started giggling and whispering to each others. I didn't think much of it until we finished eating. All our stomachs started hurting and I'm not sure if it's the ice cream or it's that we ate it too fast.

I ordered a sundae and both girls looked so confused, they served me just a scoop of ice cream and asked if I wanted toppings, I said I want a sundae like the picture, again no response. I guess is no longer common knowledge what a sundae is🤷🏻♀️ Even if it's in the menu with a picture.

I recently visited Marble Slab and was impressed by their variety of flavors. We tried the taro ice cream with chocolate chips and strawberries, and it was delightful. The ice creams are incredibly tempting, especially with the various dipping options available for the cones. We ordered regular sizes, and they were quite fulfilling.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. However, it would be great if they could introduce some sugar-free or lower-sugar options for those looking for healthier choices. Overall, a lovely spot for ice cream lovers

I stopped by after a family dinner for some dessert, i immediately fell in love the new atmosphere, the young caucasian lady with the black hair and eyebrow piercing me gave and my family an outstanding customer service experience, was very patient, kind, very friendly and was very skilled in what she was doing with the ice cream, best worker we’ve ever ran into so far, me and my wife were seriously impressed by her mannerisms. Ice cream was very delicious and rich, all the different flavours my family and i we had were SUPER!!! wouldn’t get ice cream from anywhere else, Thank you Marble Slab creamery.

I was pregnant and stressed just wanted an ice cream. The Asian girl kept glaring at me and also just assumed I wanted a small (clearly because I looked overweight)… not a very good birthday experience.
Please go to another Ice cream place, or even a McDonalds you will get better service, I have been to the one in Sherwood park they treat you with respect, here staff are too busy to notice you standing cuz they are too busy chatting! The quality of service of this place has dropped drastically.

I ordered a cake. A vegan ice cream cake. The lady was extremely pleasant. I will let you all know how it tastes once I pick it up in five days to eat on the sixth?
Finally a server took my order I told her that I wanted a chocolate dipped cone and lychee ice cream, then the lady basically whispered saying what size I wanted and when I told her to repeat what she said and she yelled the question in a rude tone, and when she asked me what toppings I wanted (which I didn’t know) she make me walk to the toppings out of line and when I came back there was a long line so I had to wait for five more minutes. After paying way to much for ice cream, it was terrible the ice cream was bland and tasted nothing like lychee and the cone was extremely stale.

these employees absolutely hate doing their job. went Sunday after mall hours during a break amongst my coworkers. They immediately seemed really annoyed that we had walked up as a group and had to start scooping ice cream. Sure, we took a bit to figure out what we want, but we were very nice and thanked them and said please for everything we asked. There was one young guy in a black face mask, a young girl with curly hair tied up, and another girl. the girl with her hair tied up tossed my ice cream cup onto the counter and stormed to the opposite end and was so fed up for no reason she had such an attitude asking us what we wanted the entire time. if you employees hate their job just go get another one, west edmonton mall has so many job applications open right now. shouldnt have tipped you guys.
