First time coming here and though the girl was nice she really only spent maybe five seconds mixing all my ingredients together so when I ate it later I found huge chunks of frozen raspberries in the middle. I've ordered this same ice cream probably 40 times in my life from marble slabs and this is the only time I've ordered it where it was pretty mediocre, I ended up thawing it out and crushing/mixing it all up myself when it was really soft and then just refreezing it. If I'm paying 20 dollars for a litre of ice cream im sorry but it should be mixed well

I visited this place for the first time today , 10 min ago , excited to try their ice cream and record a small video to share with my friends. The ice cream was actually good, but the experience was ruined by the attitude of the girl working there.
As soon as I started recording, she approached me in a rude and aggressive way, telling me that I needed to ask for permission to film. I explained that if recording is not allowed, there should be a clear sign indicating that. Despite that, she continued to be unprofessional and not friendly at all.
As a first-time customer, I expected a warm and welcoming environment, but instead I was made to feel uncomfortable and badly treated. Very disappointing, especially considering the ice cream itself was nice.

Definitely advise not buying from the freezer: you might get sold a pint of ice cream that melted and refroze, possibly in the year 2004. I am not sure how a freestanding ice cream shop could have such a thing on the premises, let alone sell it to a customer. Anyway, the Save-On very nearby doesn’t screw up Haagen-Dazs.

I am giving a low star count because we have been coming to this Marble Slab for MANY years and we have NEVER got such a small amount of ice cream in our bowl. I am not saying that we should be getting extra ice cream but our bowls should be fuller than down from the top of the rim by 3/4 of an inch. The girl didn't weigh it at all just guestimated the amount. Seriously we paid 20$ for two bowls of ice cream and there wasn't even enough in there. Trips for ice cream will be to Dairy Queen from now on.
