Mary, you are the most amazing person I have ever met. There's no one like you sweetheart, funny, beautiful, and incredible. Thank you for your exceptional service and the delicious ice cream.

Been a while since our fam got Marble Slab this location.

We ordered Rockyroad flavor (marshmallow tasted old) score 3/5

Mango (tasted nothing close to a mango) plus its color orange too, it has a weird taste...... Score 1/5

Its a shame Marble Slab quality went downhill.

My bad didn't check the pricing while paying coz costed $20 for 1 scoop and 1 large cup. Quite higher end pricing which doesn't equal to the quality received.

They didn’t accept the loyalty stamps they gave us. There’s no expiration on the cards themselves. Really great way to destroy trust and credibility. The ice cream is okay but there’s much better around.

It was my first time here. And unfortunately the last one. I went today (on a monday) and there was only one other customer and my husband and I. Since it was our first time, we asked a few questions, maybe 3, like "how many toppings can I get?" "How many scoops are in a small size?" and the lady was SO rude to us, answering using only one or two words and making us feel less than welcome. I was so uncomfortable that I chose the first flavor/toppings just to leave fast. The ice cream was good, but not worth the horrible customer service.

When we ate ice cream, it turned out that the berries were spoiled (the taste of fermentation, turning into wine), we had to throw them out of the ice cream. My husband and I informed the staff about this, but they replied that they knew about it and did nothing: they did not throw it away, they did not remove it. When I offered you to try your product (berries), you refused, because you said yourself that you know that they are already spoiled. There is a difference between wet berries and already sour ones, which are fermented into wine. You need to use high-quality products, and this is far from the norm for you.

With all due respect to you, today my wife and I bought two servings of ice cream in a cone with berries, which, as it turned out, were already in the fermentation phase, we had to pick them out of the ice cream. And of course, we informed the staff about this, maybe they didn’t know, especially since this was not the first time we bought here, that the berries were spoiled, but they said they knew about it. My wife offered to try their berries, which they add to ice cream, but the seller refused, saying that they opened them a week ago, and this is because they were in water. They were not removed, not thrown out, but left as is. To be honest, we didn't expect this.

Dietary restrictions: had gluten free options aswell as a chart for any food allergy my sister had. overall made the process semi easy although staff weren't sure what ice creams were gluten free (they gave us a hand out for us to guess when ordering but it was straight forward I guess)

Recommended dishes: Vanilla Milk Shake
